Are you talking about liquid fertilizer or dry usually youd start dosing a week into veg some people start right after the seed sprouts

Chicken poo or miracle grow for me.

I think I want to go with a liquid I it seems easier for measuring and thank you!

Personally i use Foxfarm brand nutrients. Grow Big for veg, Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom for flowering. Start with 1/2 dose strength and see how they react. I supplement with Calmag and Silica from the start of veg as well, 5 ml of each per feed. Add Silica first and wait 5 mins, add calmag and wait 5 mins, then add your nutrients. Make sure you use PH up or down to 5.8 to 6.3 PH.

what's your light situation. Those tips and the pale color looks like it could be light stress. I have seen this on mine before. But... It could be salt buildup, or lockout as well. Give us some more info on your setup, feeding, light ppfd at the top, what's your runoff pH, runoff EC.. these answers will tell you right away what the issue is.
