Grow Timeline (38 updates)
can't tell from that Pic. if your plant is not flourishing and looking a Lil stressed them possibly
it Is growing well and green I was just wondering because there is purple streaks on the stems
need a better picture. what is the PH ?
first time growing I don't have a ph meter yet
do u have filter water ? that is usually a Ph 7 neutral. if u have using a synthetic nutrient line then after adding the nutrients it usually around 5.9 ph . u be ok . I’d u don’t have filter water . fill up water bottles & let em sit out with cap off to get chlorine out . u don’t need to get a $100 ph meter if u just starting out . I used blue lab for years & recently my buddy who owns grow shop told me about the YINMIK . it a combo meter that also reads the PH solution. it app only meter . APP is free & meter about $40. check it out 👍
yes I have filtered well water and using nutrients so sounds great. I will check that meter out now appreciate it.

u should be around 7PH & after u add the nutes u be good . there is a method to mixing the nutes. add silica first & stir then wait few minutes. base nutes next A&B if that what u got . cal-mag( some say add it after silica) I add after base if needed . then additives .i ph after then add my microbes . all this has to do with the chelate’s binding . I’m not a scientist. can be a lot of info . I always say to pick one grow bible & go by that . everyone has so many different techniques. u will find your own 👍
I would say so IMHO. It all depends on your opinion. I've seen some say once they have their true leaves and not just their cotyledon leaves that they're in veg. I gave mine two weeks in the seedling stage after they popped before I started counting them to be in the vegetative stage, but that's what I decided.
I agree with you BigHoss 2 weeks as seedlings but I do think some strains maybe 3 weeks
how much water do you feed it daily while in veggie phase
Very 🔥
I use the method of sticking your finger in the soil about an inch and if it's dry it needs water. I give it 1 solo cup of water when it's dry. as well as 1 solo cup of nutes a week. Im a newbie though this is my first indoor grow so be careful listening to what I say
they are starting to take 1 cup a day
thank you
can't read the whole title, app lacks function
click See Grow and scroll down
ah k thank you. looks a little bit over nutritioned
oo I hope not I added more nutes this morning
I've been adding .5 ml mixed in a gallon of water per week I think my nitro is 25% or something like that I'll have to look when I get home
your light is the issue, not enough ppfd, eventually you will end up with nitrogen toxicity. if you can’t get more light, lower ph and nitrogen. 👍
It’s like a hyper car with a 4 cylinder engine.
okay thank you I have another light I'll throw in and try if that don't work I'll upgrade
is the calmag gonna hurt them
I would not add any more, but she will be ok maybe she slowed down a bit, but you are addressing it before is a big issue. keep watch on ph of inputs try for 6.2-6.5 if in soil
when new growth starts to twist and look skinny usually it a toxicity issue
the white dots on edge of leaves means too much cal mag, if not reduced they turn brown.
so should I add the light and not add nutes for 2 weeks or so?
magnesium deficiency starts in middle of leaves. edges like you see is nitrogen toxicity.
I would just watch she will lighten in color when that happens start to feed with low nutrients ppm/ec. do half of manufacture recommended amounts.
okay I'll do that
I understand it now.
understand what?
It's just something this basketball influencer says before draining a penny in a water bottle from distance or shooting a 3 and draining it on a hoop that has nails sticking out of it with less than an inch for the ball to pass through without popping lol... idk I appreciate the patience it takes, it is my first time and for some reason I am pretty invested as far as my funds will allow lol
lmao okay yeah it is a fun hobby
trimming is not as fun as I thought it would be lmao but very cool seeing the outcome.
good shit dude everyone hates trimming but it’s part of the process wait till you have a 1/2 pound or full pound on 1 plant lol
I couldn’t imagine it, that would be insane!
my buddy has got a dro plant rn that will probably yield a pound or a pound and a half. We are going to be in trim jail for probably half to a whole day. Not looking forward to that. Shortly after that I’ll have 10 plants ready at the same time. lol hopefully they’ll stagger so I can have a break inbetween harvests lmao.
That’s crazy I hope to have a yield like that some day.
I know right! I only got 3 oz per plant last run. That was 9 oz all together and it’s already gone lmfao. 🤪 I’m stupid
lmao yeah i know this will be gone fast 9 oz would take me a while though😂
you have your next run started?
yeah check out my other grows
nice dude I’m excited to see what comes of that GDP. They all look nice
yeah going for a bigger yield this time. The pine auto I got for free had to try it and it’s turning out better than I expected.
word I’ve got two freebies going right now too. I’ve got two Gelly mama two sugar tree and 6 pbj 2.0 in flower now. I have a sugar tree clone and a Apple fritter in veg. imma put those in 30 gallon containers before the go into flower.
bigger the roots bigger the fruits I’ve always heard. I’ve never used a container that size. I’m sure I can fill a 4x6 room with two plants in 30’s
that’s what I was about to say I think I could only fit 1 but it would be worth it to have a huge yield off of 1 really good plant
right. after I’m done with this run I’ll. be going into this big 30s if you want to watch it before you do yours
yeah I do want to see that I’ll check it when you get it together
doing a cure just for a couple weeks took 14 days to dry. All in all I’m happy I didn’t even think I would make it this far. I wouldn’t have without help from fellow growers.
Nice work!! I look forward to hearing how it smokes.
First grow, open to any and all info/tips.
