Solfire Gardens Grow

Give you guys a peak at my overall gear for a photo set up. I am running Solfire’s Hood Candyz line up. I use Fox Farm’s Ocean Forest from seedling to flower, adding dry amendments once per month in conjuction with wet fertilizer on a regular feeding schedule. Water comes from tap and is brought to proper pH after leaving out in the sun to decholorinate. Mykos WP and Azos from Xtreme Gardening help with any transplant or lighting shock if it were to occur.

6 plants in a 3x3 is not ideal, however, Solfire has provided us with genetics that can take quite the beatings without herming. While the growing method says LST, SoG is most likely the method that I will rely on to keep an even canopy.

Seed went into towels, some came out with tap root and some opened. Planted doubles just to make sure. They’ll be in here for 4 weeks roughly while the tent gets set up.

Those are some autos I got on the right hand side, im throwing those outside to test climate and light.

Noticed more come and some peaking from the dirt. I went ahead and put the extension on the dome.

Pulled up the extra seedlings and I culled one of the autos that was inside with em. I also filled the rest of the fabric pots with soil.

After I see one or two more sets, ill start them on their feeding regimen.

Gave each plant roughly 300-400 ml of water.

In the water reservoir are the feed at 1/5 strength, this includes Micro, Grow, Bloom, Cal-Mag, and Silica.

Moved the gals from over to the grow tent from the dome.

Top soil felt dry so i made sure to water em good.

New forever homes in 1 gallon pots, i like these mini grows, allows me to focus my efforts. I also did the first topping on them, I am sure they’ll recover well. A couple more additives in the soil which include; Gaia Greens 4-4-4, Xtreme Gardening Azos and Mykos WP, and Plantonix Worm-Bliss and Char-Bliss (worm casting and biochar). Watered it with the remaining 1/5 nute water that I had set up last week. I am going to boost lights from 50% to 70%.

There was some funny results from the last topping session. These were corrected and again, I expect some stunting to occur. I might increase the veg time from 6 weeks to 8 weeks. I might be cliche and flip to flower on 4/20 but we’ll see how the girls recover. They are low and squat for now and hopefully, with some LST and TLC, they’ll cover their homes well.

I expected this. I have been beating these girls up since they got into the tent. However, the rest of the gals are taking it beautifully. Will definitely be extending veg time for another 3 weeks.

They outside now, 3 more months of sunlit veg.

Recovered from transplant so I went right into lollipopping. Tied them to some stakes and removed the metal trellis. Each stalk is now being supported independently. There are 15 growth sites on this plant. Depending on how it recovers, the other 5 will get the same treatment.

It looks nasty now, but this will redirect growth upwards.

Gave em a nice feeding today, along with some Mykos. I am hoping to get those stakes sooner than later, before those stems thicken up.

Even with 14+ hours of sun, they are starting to bud. I expected this, but I would have still liked another month in veg.

Gave them some diatomaceous earth and pruned half of them of larf.
