I had to transplant from seedlings solo cup to one gallon pots due to overwatering. Plants roots got water logged and stopped growing. I could not get the medium to dry up so I had to transplant to fresh soil with dry amendments and perlite.

First watering after transplant to 1 gallon pots

Watered with plant energy and cal mag. small amount of 2-1-2 included

Plants showing excess nitrogen. Phed water to 6.3 and fed just plain water. Possibly plain water for next time if plants still show nitrogen issue

Plain water Phed to 6.4 with some microbe nutrients added
