Getting little bit purple and yellowing.. she needs nutes.. trichome production seems so far not that high but looks like's gonna be a good yield. Flower's getting bigger, this should be day 32 of flowering. Calender says day 35.
73°F at night - 80°F lights on.. not that cold and she turns purple. There are enough nutrients so seems like this one is just a purple pheno type of that strain. Smells like guava with a hint of tangerine and a little bit gas.
Cooler night temps will bring that out for sure.. thats that senescence... i absolutely love the autumn fade🔥🤙💪
Oh yes, it looks beautiful. I Was thinking what happend if i dropped the temperature a little bit more. She startet yellowing at the bottom so i gave little bit of nutes, that day tomorrow she looked like that. Week 5 of flowering
The mystery of the fall colors has been solved. I replaced the phosphoric acid (pH down) with wine vinegar, but unfortunately, it isn’t stable enough. It seems there’s a problem with phosphorus uptake. The other two plants are developing the same purple discoloration on their petioles and stems and have also been treated with wine vinegar. I’ll wait 10–14 days before harvest to use the wine vinegar again; flushing isn’t necessary in that case. Also put a little bit of Salt in that tent.
That may or may not be an issue. I find that people worry about this pretty much for no reason. Intense light will cause the petioles to purple. I had this happen to my clones, and I didn't notice on the mothers, until mid flower. . I wish we could add images on comments I'd share my findings. You're right. No vinegar will stay stable for more than a few hours. But, during flower, when the light is most intense. I see this often. I just dont worry about it anymore as long as your flowers are swelling nicely, it's not an issue.
Thats true, there where also some leafes that turn yellow but i mean thats totally normal. I just noted that little Issue on the ph because of that wine vinegar. I've got her some nutrients and it should be fine, flower shows still white hairs and swelling. I've also noted, that they use anthozyane as a sun protector, or kind of it.
If u having g troubles with phosphate update compost tea or mycorizia will help u green gro makes some special mycorizia that helps with phosphate check it out
Somtimes just stress turns them purple some just have purple stems if its growing it probably aunt nothing to worry about
Thanks. I know, for me it was just a little bit "to early" to see this happen. Its around week 5 or 6 and i want to see that colorful changes about week 8 or 9. So, yes, the plant and nature saw it differently lol
I soaked onion skins in water overnight and then mixed them into the water I use for watering, along with some chamomile and lemongrass. From now on, I’ll avoid watering too much and will also go back to using wine vinegar to adjust the pH. The flowers are getting thicker, denser, and resinous. I removed some leaves. The other two phenotypes are definitely producing more resin glands than the “thick lady.”
I tried white vinegar beginning of summer an it didn't seem to work to well plants always looked down
Wood ash is for flowering the great source of potassium and phosphorus but be careful on your dosage and it will raise the ph of your water and soil
The good thing about wine vinegar is that it “feeds” the living organisms in the soil. The problem with wine vinegar is that the acid buffers more quickly and isn’t as stable as phosphoric acid, nitric acid, or potassium hydroxide. Since I’m using mineral fertilizer for this grow, I’m skipping the phosphoric acid (Ph down) and Canna Flores (NPK 2:2:4) for the last two weeks. The wine vinegar should be stable enough, at least for the final phase, so that the plant can finish flowering healthily and the end product is clean.
For this grow, I’m using Biobizz Allmix as my growing medium, and unfortunately I didn’t get around to buying the organic fertilizer, so I had to resort to the mineral fertilizer because I still had some in my basement. Wood ash is a great source of potassium for the flowering phase, and yes, with organic substances, the final product definitely tastes better than with the mineral fertilizer (in my experience). Anyway, the most important thing is to bring in a harvest 🤣
Welp I love it brother If I didn't have so many plants I'd be doing experiments too but I kinda over did it. Worth it but didn't realize if I skip one day or don't feel good one-day it's no fun to catch back up. But again I can't wait to follow you an see how it goes. Ive been trying to find a different way then pH down. I was looking at dry powder pH down the organic stuff but honestly idk. Jus seems like more work to mix.
My plants are all organic. An flavor is killer compared to the garbage med dispensary so I'm happy. An plus the feed I use seems to make res like a mofo I jus need em to stack stack now
Yes you right brother heart, i get u with that. The easiest way, which requires the least amount of work, is to mix a nutrient-rich potting mix with a generous amount of rock dust and then simply water it with rainwater. No need to fertilize, no need to adjust the pH, and no need to flush. Just water and soil 😎

I use the onion peel extract because of the sulfur compounds it contains; it prevents rot and helps with harmful fungi. The vitamin C in lemongrass feeds the beneficial organisms in the soil, and chamomile also helps prevent rot—but you shouldn't overdo it.
Starting now, I’ll water her for a week with Final Solution from Advanced Hydroponics and then for a week with plain water. There should still be enough nutrients left in the soil. She’s definitely not a heavyweight, but she has gorgeous colors and average resin production with a strong scent of mandarin, guava, and forest. Anyway, I prefer the “Indica” phenotype—I’m naturally hyper even without Sativa 😄

It looks beautiful—some plants do that, others don’t. But yes, it just looks fantastic—that’s all.😁 As far as I can tell, there’s no significant difference in quality. Definitely more than I expected at first. Things are coming along. If I can’t control the humidity and large temperature fluctuations, I’ll have to harvest a little earlier than planned, but I’m staying optimistic. So far, everything’s going according to plan—I’m leaving nothing to chance. Since the plant started flowering back in August while it was still outside, I had to adjust the flowering weeks when I moved it into the tent, and I’m guessing this should be week 8. That seems about right, judging by the structure of the flowers. I gave the shoots a gentle shake back and forth by hand, and they feel pretty heavy—though there are still too many fresh buds forming. You really have to be patient here and so i'am 😄

Thank you, yes this strain is very stable and there are two different kind of pheno the short bushy one and that streched taller one. Smells like guava, tangerine and a little hint of earthy forest with undertones of diesel
Thank you, i had to use mineral fertilizer this time and i didnt used that much so the plant starts already looking like it's done in week 6 of flower. Definitely a strong and stable phenotype

I would have liked to wait a few more days, but the indoor climate is terrible and can’t be controlled precisely. In any case, it looks ready; the structure would have become even denser. There’s still plenty of resin on it, though, and as far as the smell goes, it reminds me of the Alien Technology strain. I’m really curious about the effects and flavor.

Guava dawg×sour Tangie. A friend gave me a Cutting from that and i've crossed a male unknown medical strain with that, dropped the seeds and used again a male plant to pollinate a female from these seeds. After that, i did this again twice, but this plant is from the first cross between the guava dawg×sour tangie and the unknown med. Strain. 🤓

The Growth of this plant is so compact and she's comming with so much leaves. It's been a while since I've seen such dense growth on a plant, last time it was an Alien OG or OG Kush that has a Structure like this one.
Now i know why the sativa type pheno is what i prefer 🤣
