I am new to growing, how do you do a flush?

I have been using this schedule from Fox Farms https://foxfarm.com/download/13115/?tmstv=1749234939 (the green ones, also known as the "trio of Nutrients"). To flush, I used Fox Farm: Sledgehammer and added it to the water instead of the usual Nutrients. It helps prevent nutrient lockup, where they can't absorb anymore and also helps prevent burning. It should be done monthly
