Water - raining hard last few days .did top dress worth blood meal & bat guano . Also put worm hotel close to the grow to attract worms . PVC pipe in the ground
Plant is growing in a complete ecosystem with beneficial flowers to attract various predator bugs to attack any problematic insects that should find it way into the grow . Plenty of worms with a worm hotel . Will be starting to trim some leaves to prepare for beginning of the flower stage towards end of July . Top dressed with Biolive & alternating with Green Gro Biological 5-5-5 . Compost & fungal teas & foliar feeding with either Kelp or blood meal & Epsom salt .
The surrounding ecosystem is helping the plant thrive & all the beneficial plants & flowers are attracting all kinds of predatory insects that are helping defend the plant . There are 2 worm hotels in the ground made up of PVC pipe with 5/8 holes drilled up & down to allow the worms shelter & to add kelp & some other dry amendments into pipe to attract red wiggler & earth worms .
Tree leaf really attracts worms as soon as I put leaves in my mulch pile they on it ! They make worm chow as u probably know .that one guy I watch can't remember name of u tube show but he mixes worm chow with avocado and puts in oyster shell puts shell on ground and worms come running to that shell

Did a soil drench using a mix of sunflower & marigold fermented with brown sugar & ferment for 2 weeks to help the plant in early flower .this plant is an ecosystem with worms & worm hotels in the ground using pvc pipe with holes up & down the pipe . Beneficial plants surround the Grimm glue . Also use compost & fungal teas . This is a balanced system,that works great if use the right flowers & balance the feedings . Also released praying mantis, lady bugs & there is plenty of rove Beatles patrolling the ground & the marigolds in the fermentation will get rid of any root nematodes
Growing in a ecosystem using cover crops & beneficial bug flowers to atttact lots of pest predators. Also been using few vertical worm towers around the plant site . PVC pipe with 5/8 drilled holes throughout the tube leaving the top 3 inches above ground with no holes . I filed all the rough edges so worms won’t shred themselves up . Use either a twist cap or strong screen top of time keep bugs out & to feed worms . Also added corrugated cardboard in tube & 2 inches below the soil & Down to Earth boxes work great . I buy bunch of worm at bait shop & they multiply quickly if conditions are good . U must make sure that food u adding isn’t rotting & causing the soil to turn anaerobic. Worm will eat the dry amendments & I also use pulverized egg shells & oyster & clam shells . I keep clam shell to add some avocado & turn it upside into the ground so they will congregate under shell & eat the food . Great way to utilize Mother Nature
