Well it does look really green but seeing u just transplanted im sure it will fade some some genetics just sre very dark so im asduming as long as they look heatly u should be fine if its toxic u will see it for sure
If you got a few dollars they make a soil testing kit that test ph and npk all separately and the range from $15 to 30 and some come with like 15 test or something like that but if your worried watch the color of your leaves stop or lower the nitrogen until your color gets a light forest green color and start feeding normal again if they darken and start looking waxy stop and flush if they start getting yellow then chk you ph flush with distilled or filtered water that’s the right ph and start feeding again snd see if the color comes back. Something I use when I really want to flush and start from 0 is fox farms sledge hammer chk it out it works for me
