I second the first comment. You need a balance of soil and aeration so the roots are able to feed.

Is that mold or spiderweb?

If it’s mold all you can do is cut it out and hope it doesn’t spread maybe drop the humidity and heat for a week to keep from spreeding if it’s spiderwebs I cut mine off and go looking for spider ln in my bud but you can can pick it out but if you don’t get everything it will lead to budrot

Im not sure i think its Spiderweb but I cut it off just to be on the safe side

Yeah just from the pics I would think the same thing and yeah I would have too after they build a nest like that and lay eggs it’s about impossible to dig all of that out
