I believe I put him too close to the light. I removed the support and moved him about 15cm farther away.
photometer reads 15k lux. will he survive?
any tips and/or help is greatly appreciated
I've had this problem in the past, so you've move light up a bit, try to keep that bottle of it and try giving it a misting with a spray bottle, just water with a little bit of washing up liquid in it, and then it will make it easier for you.
Moved the light.I thought I should keep the bottle on it because my room is quite dry
As suggested by the comments on my last post I removed the clear bottle that I previously used as a humidity dome.
The plant seems to be adjusting to the humidity of the room and also recovering from the previous light Stress.
overall I am just happy that I can see new growth

Hi everyone,
last grow I topped, this time around I want to LST. should I Beginn now or wait a bit? My plan is to tie down the main stalk
Edit: LST the plant today let's see what the future holds
is this auto flower or photoperiod? for autos I would top now only because they flower unpredictably.. if it's a photperiod you can wait an extra week or so
Hi, I topped my last grow, this one I wanted to only LST to get familiar with both training methods. Auto flower btw and thank you for your feedback
no problem check out the rolling method for topping its a lot more effective than using the scissors.
I will, thank you
started the fertilization after 2 weeks because the coco was apparently prefertilized
dosage according to instructions was 5ml per L water in veg
for my 8.5L pot I gave 0.5L and still it had a lot of run off. If anyone knows anything about that I would appreciate the help
Coco does not have any fertilizer in the coco apart from what you put in the coco, and is the coco from another grow?, you can use it for the next grow but it needs to be done right from the beginning & I read a book on coco growing on kindle by M. J. Coco. It gave me some really good info on how to make the most of coco. Hope this is helpful to you. Cheers mate
Hi, I bought this block of coco from a hardware store in Germany, they sell blocks of prefertilized coco in the gardening section.
Really sorry mate, I was just going by what I know about Coco like we get here in the UK, you can buy the made-up stuff from Canna, or Coco bricks that I buy, but you have to buffer it with Cal/Mag which is not a big problem. But Coco with fertilizer already in it.
No worries, your comment was still helpful. I didn't know that you could reuse coco.
Today I lollipopped for the first time ever I took the lower leaves and budlings
I will dry them and make tea from them since they already have a nice aroma to them
I also adjusted the watering schedule to 3 times a day (every 8h) for 15min (about 200ml) for a total of 600ml a day. I will monitor this for the coming days
okay, first things first she survived
BUT: the pump ran out of energy so the plant must be pretty dehydrated.
it also grew rapidly while away which is a problem since the top buds all burned to a crisp
I need help how can I tame the plant? any tips welcome
EDIT: for now I moved her away from the light as far as possible and took of all the crisp. really bummed out by how much bud that was but optimistic since I am early in flower
also should I take of the burned bud?
EDIT: moved the plant as far away from the light as possible and removed the crisp. really bummed out about all the bud but I believe I will be okay since it's still early in flower
id just cut off the burned section, it's not gonna come back. imo it seems like she is rather etiolated with rather large internodal spacing. what kind of light are you running
That's what I thought. Thx for the confirmation. I am running a 36w sensi LED at the moment
from a quick search that light will put out 250 umol/m2/s (according to manufacturers, and they all lie) cannabis needs about 500 in veg and upwards of 1000 in flower. you can grow with that, but the buds will be very airy and yield will be minimal.
I measured and at the top of the canopy I have around 800 ppfd
Most of them are still clear but maybe someone could give me a pointer on approximately how long they have left so I can plan on when to start the flush
3 weeks minimum. you're going to want most of those pistils (white hairs) to be orange and curling. there are strains that will have white pistils and will be ripe but that's a rarity.
alright thank you
I wait till 5% of trichomes are amber color for peak ripeness. It’s a personal preference. try harvesting some with all milky and wait and harvest some amber, then choose which ones you like.
good tips, will do that
still got a bit to go it's always hard to put a definite time frame on it but you def have a few weeks to go. they plump up the most in the final 2 weeks I don't flush my soil until 90% of the hairs are orange and then I also won't harvest until I start seeing a few amber trichs. trichs are best way to tell if it's really ready I bought a small cheap digital microscope on Amazon for like 20-30 bucks to check em
only a few more days
What are the dimensions of your grow space? my area is similar to yours I'm hoping to fit 2 plants
I can fit only one plant but with smaller pots maybe 2 will fit

lol ready for war 🪖
great start!
