So i looked at ur starting pic u can get that light much closer like a foot to a foot and a half away from the top of the plant and since ur traning u can keep it close closer the better its more about heat than light burn now that the lights arent as hot as they used to be i use my heat to determine how close so i have my probe at the top of the canopy and if i can keep it under 82 -84 im good as long as i keep my vpd in range they love it thats with co2 enhancement without it i keep it under 80 check out the ai plant dr in the tools section u can upload pics and ask it questions

Yea i went thru all that shit app on the phone and stuff then i started doing this and tbey exploded even with the cheap ass 20.00 60 watt square disk no fan on it they dont profuce as much heat now and u got a good light it looks like mine are all cheap as hell most expensive is my 270watt 70.00 amd u have a dimmer so yea u can really dial it in

I love my light. Doubled my last harvest when I upgraded to it.

Lowered a couple inches each of the last few days. Adjusted my dimmer. They are responding very well. Thanks for the idea.

I just try to get light to every bud site. Bend and tuck, repeat. I do morning and evening adjustments. And some days I just let her stretch.
