That's kinda small for 30 days, I'm not really experienced enough to help but have you been feeding nutrients? And how close is your light? When they're that small you want the light to be a bit further away or dimmed more, and you don't want to be feeding nutes until they're a bit bigger. I might be totally wrong and you might be fine so don't quote me on it, I'm very new to this
Its an outdoor grow, but the first days when she was born were cold so i guess that was the reason, now climate is better and she likes it since its been growing faster
That's not the issue. An auto is on a schedule. Even if it were stunted it would have started to flower around week 3-4. I dont think you got auto seeds buddy. And something is going extremely wrong.

Typo? Day 30 on an auto flower should be in preflower already.
