Grow Timeline (83 updates)
needed some water today. great growth moving full throttle to veg.
If you get a chance, please be sure to write a quick review. It helps out a ton and share with friends. https://get.growguide.app/rate-app
I wrote one out the first day it was in the App Store. Your doing an amazing job. Doing right for all the Growmies has got to be satisfying. Feel good about the work ur doing here. One Love
great new growth every morning.
Nice and healthy. Praying leaves... keep it in the zone and you'll end up with 🔥🔥🔥. This is about the point I start charging them up for flower.
FYI... I know you're in flowering already. Just giving my preference on height of plant when I start introducing various minerals such Azomite, Oyster shells, bone meal, etc. I just ammend my soil in the last potting. Looks great.
I just finished watering when I took these pictures. Starting using Lotus Bloom, this product line is easy to use, water soluble, and has an easy to learn feeding timeline, even has kelp to help feed the microbes in your soil
watering with Lotus Bloom and Lotus Boost. one thing I love about Lotus products is it’s ph. it’s always perfect after adding into the water.
buds are fattening trichome production on point
Plain Water. Tilled in some earth worm casting too. I can’t load pics without the app crashing so terribly compressed videos it is until it’s fixed
still can’t load photos. waiting for the next update. so here’s a video. last feeding of Bloom and one more of Carboflush. we are on the home stretch. just a couple more weeks for those trichomes to amber. Macro photos to come tomorrow….. One Love
Is that from the day it sprouted or how long it's been in flower, but a really nice plant at the end of its cycle. You've done well with it. Cheers. 👍
Colors changing. aroma becoming more complex.
looks good I did some blue dream autos from a different seedbank and ended up with 3 completely different phenos of it lol 1 is a winner, 1 is decent and 1 is a dud kinda with more ruderalis genetics expressed and didn't produce good dense flowers but still packed with trichs so gonna use it for edibles
fall colors bringing change. Probably looking at another week, maybe two till harvest. Trichomes are still mostly clear, about 25% cloudy. No amber yet.
looking amazing man!!! 👏 🤩 😍 👌 ❤️... just curious what your doing for night time temps right now? are you trying to drop it colder at night to get more color expressions??
yes. for the last week or so I’ve been making sure my room temps get at least 10 degrees or more colder at night. if my day temps are 73 degrees I make sure my room gets 63 or even colder
my last two waterings will be plain water. but I’ll make like 2 trays of ice cubes from the water I’ll be using and I’ll even put water in the fridge. then put the ice cubes on top of the soil and then water with the cold water. it tells the roots it’s fall and it’s time to wrap things up. I’ve had great results in the past doing this
oh yeah and flushing will be on the menu the next two waterings. those need to happen before I put them a 48 hour dark cycle just before I harvest. the last three weeks are a lot of fun
used 2 gallons of plain water and I allowed about a gallon to pass thru the soil to flush it out. I also made some ice cubes and I put the water in the fridge over night. giving it that Cold November Rain
It's been perfect temps to open my windows at night to chill them off. I hope they turn out phenomenal for you!
do you notice any difference with the ice cube method? does it actually help bring out some of those fall colors or do you just do it anyways. just curious I've never tried it but have heard of people doing it to help bring out purps and reds and get a good leaf fade during flushing before harvest
I can get my night time temps down to 55 to 65 easily. my daytime temps aren't even all that high maybe 70 to 75 and that's under a HPS lol it's still pretty cold where I live in NY so basement is getting chilly still. I haven't noticed the colder nights making much of a difference in any coloration on my plants so I guess in my case I just don't have the genetics that will turn those pretty fall colors
24 hrs after her cold shower and the purples have deepened and she’s put on some weight. I’ll do the cold flush one more time in like 3 days maybe 4 depending if she’s still taking in water quickly. I suspect she will slow down drinking tho
I was going to flush once more, but I don’t think I’ll be doing that. my trichomes have cleared up about 85%. and maybe 1-3% amber. so I’m not going to water at all. I’m going to let the soil dry up real good before harvest. I’ve been turning the plant about half way around once a day too. that has kept the stems strong and holding the weight of the flowers up nicely.
I tried to get a different perspective with pictures today because it will likely be its last day. Tomorrow, I’ll take some macro pictures and show you guys the Trichoms.
It’s murder day. lol. spent the morning cleaning and sanatizing and preparing the space. made sure it’s as dark as I can get it. tomorrow I’ll be getting an ac unit for the room to keep it at consistent 60 degrees.
it’s not bright in this room at all. The flash on my phone is just hella bright. Nothing happening. just some update pics.
day 7 of drying and everything looks great. I didn’t take great photos. I didn’t want to throw to much light on them. looking at Tuesday for dry trim
looking good. it took my Pineapple 9 or 10 days to dry and about same for the Skywalker. that was at around 68 degrees F and humidity was in the 50% to 60% range for majority of drying time. it dipped down to like 48% on the last day or so and that's when I pulled them. they've maintained around 55% in jars now
Just a tiny snippet off the plant. It was dry so we tried it. The taste isn’t quite there, but it lit and burn smoothly. Whole plant is still hanging and I’ll be trimming Tuesday. also a silly pic of my dog Ziggy. he was trying to photobomb the whole time
3.2 oz. works for me. again I had to rush this grow. we are selling the house soon. so with that said. it coulda been in veg a couple weeks longer and flower another week. but still a good harvest. thank u all for ur kind words throughout. I’ll be back on it soon. in the meantime, I’ll keep watching all of y’all
Chunky!
Your Blue Dream is going to be a decent plant and as Admin says chunky enough.
thank u a lot. I’m really excited about this one.
thank u
dud u top her?
yup, in the third pic u can see that. about 3 weeks ago. I maybe waited a little too long, but it still did the trick. I transplant to a 5 gallon tomorrow. then to flower lights 10 days later
