Grow Timeline (9 updates)
Plant 3 is growing faster than any plant I’ve grown before.
It’s also growing a perfect canopy on its own!
Leaves are starting to look a little pale in colour.
1.5ml cal mag to plant 3 and fed full strength.
Plant 2 has dark tips so only water next time
Plant 3: Fan was pointed too close to it as a seedling I think
My spider farmer 3 in 1 soil sensors have lead me severely astray with my soil moister levels and my PH is slightly too high.
Have been over watering for the last 3 weeks which would have stunted the growth
Using a new soil sensor from Amazon which has big deep prongs
Feed mix was 4.6 ph so I used fire ash abou 4 tsp to get the mix to 6.2 testing with yellow stick
Soil is reading 6.8 with prongs
I put more feed in plant 2 and 3, the soil is now 70%, these two tend to need watering more frequently.
Plant 1 wasn’t as dry so I watered a little now it’s a perfect 45% moist
All plants were around 20% moist before the feed today
Pushing the ppfd to 500 mol
Raised base temp 1 degree to average out at 26
Misting the outside of the tent with water helped hugely
Put a plastic coffee container underneath each one or something like that an airflow only way . I bet that'll help a lot by itself . Don't water with water cooled in the fridge plz. Jus make sure it's room temp or jus a lil lower think how cold is rain on really hot days. Your taking a chance on shocking you lil root systems jus yet.
Thank you! I’ve raised the pots with seedling trays. I’ve got to grips with this heat wave management by misting the grow tent when the temp climbs too high. Good to know that fridge cooled watering water can cause root shock 🫶🏻
Yes it can. Only use water that's a couple degrees off too much will freak them out. But no problem buddy I gotcha jus didn't want ya to slow em down
