Grow Timeline (9 updates)
I started yesterday with soaking the Seeds in water for 6 hours and then i buried them into the soil. I will keep them moist and wait until they come out. Then I'll start with 20/4 light.
I can see clearly all of the seeds sprouted. i was worried bcs its the first time i did the 6 hours soaking and plant them as seed before sprouting. I thought that will keep the seed unharmed as this are Automatics. Mango sherbet and tropicana cookies are a bit covered inside the shell but i think they wil loose it in the next days. I will keep the moisture up until they are bigger.
Germination was a 100% Success rate. It makes me happy and i feel like a Mom to a newborn :D. Now we will watch them grow as Seedlings. They dont have any Issues so far. So I took off the glas above the plants as they seem to be big enough. The high humidity inside the glas was important as they were seeds but as they get bigger humidity should be lowered so they don't start to rot away.
Hey Guys. I did a horrible Mistake and watered the Mango sherbet seedling and it floated away bcs the tap root wasnt long enough to hold in the soil. I put it back and also get a second seed into the soil on the first September. The new seedling is a Gelato Auto from Fast Buds. And after 6 days its bigger then the mango sherbet Auto with the Problem i had. Its noticable that it dint got bigger and needed the time to recover the roots. I will take it as a learning and keep watching if it stays behind. I really thought it would die, but somehow it recovered. The 2 on the right are thriving right now.
All of the Flowers are thriving. We hab a little stretch with Tropicanna Cookies Auto and she is the tallest for now. She is showing first pistiles and is preflowering.
I clamp the big leaves under the branches, so i don't have to cut off the photosynthesis. I don't want to stress the plants. They have less recovery time as a Photo periodic Plant where i can prolongate the Veg.
The Gelato Auto which was planted after the other 3 is smaller now and the Mango Sherbet recovered the root stress and is growing bigger.
I water them today and also the light will go up bcs i see first lights burned tips at the tropicanna Cookies Auto.
I like the flowers getting bigger, but bcs of the difference in heigh i decided to stress the bigger Plants a bit to receive a better lighting for all plants. Now the light moved down 10 centimeters and i get a bit experience in Automatic response to my LST. As in nature the branches could bend after someone or a wild animal walks through. And i think without damaging the branches, there should be no damages to the harvest. But we will see how it goes in the future🤗
When that happens to me I use tweezers.
Youve never had problems with putting them in same pot???
I dont know how the Autos will react to this. I only tried it with photoperiodic plants and it is managable and trainable. With Autos we d'ont have the time for HST. But i wanted to try it out, what we can get from it. Maybe it will suck but at least i had fun 😁 next step is to bend them toward the edges as they grow, so the center gets free. And hopefully we have a full tent later. And you should handle the higher water intake of two plants, so they don't dry out. It also gives the benefit that i dont need to crawl behind the plants to water other bags of soil.
Fuck ya brother. I do the same with little experiments, but that's a lot of soil an plants id be stressed they gona get so far an choke eachother out
In the nature the plants don't die if they stand near each other on a field. It's weed brother😁 and if they die, it is most commonly a nutrient- water problem. Which can be handled by the grower.
