Growmie brother no no no sir that is not good to do why because that quick flash is considered lightly, you should always always wait until your lights come on or get a dark green flashlight and take a picture with out a flash, but even then I still would not recommend doing that because you can put your plant into a hermaphrodite and/or cause it to produce seeds. Or kill the total production period and you won't get no trichomes at all you really really need to be careful brother
