Tape it should be okay
with any kind of tape ?
I used wire with rubber buffer, if you have that stuff id go that way I'm really not to sure about tape id try it but thats not you.
how does that work if you have an example can you show me? sorry if i’m acting slow lol
Take piece of rubber wrap around part that's split then take a wire wrap around rubber, use needle nose pliers to twist tight? And your okay I didn't explain till now so I gotcha.
