Well I have a hydroponic light and it’s called neewer basics that’s the light and I only have my light on 50 percent or it’s 40 I’ll need to check do I need to put the lights percent higher?
Well the light is either 30 or 20 watts I do have a nother one but it would be hard to set up cuz there’s no were to hold the lights the other ones I have is like 125 watts
A great grower once told me if you use a clear pot it will slow your roots down running away from the light I switch to a red solo cup and instant change 🤷
You might need a stronger light. What do you have on her right now?

How many watts? And honestly, I over thought this. They should be building roots to support the plant which is why they're moving slow

If you want faster growth in veg you should set that light up. I use ratchet light hangers
