Day 13 white Widow autoflower. How often should I water these guys? They are outdoor grows.

1st Grow. I added some 4/4/4 fertilizer (top fed) about a week ago. Soil is a mix of normal garden soil and IndoCanja fertilizer soil.

had a few pop up showers and a storm. tips of two leaves are gone? Is it pest? Is there anyway to stop them? Soil is super saturated from the rain and I am going to add more nutrients tomorrow.

After a little bit of stressing, I added a 4/4/4 fertilizer to the top soil and she seems to be doing great.
