Red Biskcotti Strain

Indica heavily dominant hybrid grown and produced proprietarily until someone made it a job to collect good quality seeds for 6 months. I have never attempted this type of plant and obviously I need some direction.... they could even turn out to be male or something.... 700W grow light suspended above by 14 in cables. using a poncho while waiting for a tent to arrive as we have very high humidity but the AC regulates much of any mold I've seen on the earlier, pre HEPA filter. Is it me or do the lights need to go back down to 50%? I couldn't tell if they're getting too much light because of how replenished the top of L is. see photos. 4 weeks today
