Bubba Kush Strain

Bubba Kush, an indica marijuana strain also known as "BK," "Bubba," and "Bubba OG Kush," is well-known for its heavy tranquilizing effects in the US and beyond. It has sweet hashish flavors with hints of chocolate and coffee, providing powerful relaxation as muscles relax and a dreamy euphoria sets in. The strain has a distinct, bulky bud structure with shades ranging from forest green to pale purple. Bubba Kush is believed to have Afghani descent due to its stocky plant stature and bud structure, but its genetic origins remain uncertain. The breeder credited with naming the strain claims it originated in 1996 when an OG Kush fertilized an unknown indica strain from New Orleans, resulting in the mother plant named Northern Lights. The genetically ambiguous indica was simply called "Bubba." Since then, Bubba Kush has thrived from its California roots.
