How about warm water circulating through tubing underground to keep the ground warm. Just a thought, love what you’re doing.

I grow in cold weather, I use my garage for my grows. I don’t heat my garage, I’ve designed my setup so I don’t have to, a false wall between veg and flower rooms with a raised floor underneath my flower room and a couple of really nice pc case fans circulate the warm air under my flower room to keep my flowering plants warm during lights off time. Usually temps hover between 60-64 deg with light off. My setup craves the colder weather, so I try to grow enough to suffice myself for summer and pick back up in the fall, I try to get one lady outside as backup.

Bury about 6 one gallon jugs just barely underground in the greenhouse. The jugs underground should collect day heat and release it at night keeping it at optimal temperatures

Neither did I till I read it in a book. The book talked about thermal dynamics for a split second and I never forgot it. Seems that it can also be done above ground. Look into diy garden heat sink
