sacs are starting to open and drop pollen. I will be collecting it for future use and possible future crosses. as well as pollinating the second plant of it shows female. added a single close up picture of plant #2. I see a girl…F2’s here we come.
how are you storing your pollen?
currently in a sealed vail with desiccant beads in the fridge.
this is a 100% autoflower cross. 70-80ish% sativa(my guess). it’s been 8 weeks and 3 days since the seeds popped. the female is almost to the top of the tent sitting at 37” tall. the male had started flowering early about week 3 and those sacs have been releasing pollen but it must have been unhappy and is now turned around. I’ve never seen an auto stunt, start flowering, and head back to “reveg”. but it’s happened here, he’s now starting flowering higher up on the plant, as is the female…... finally. I was hoping for a 10 week tops finished flowering auto cross. ooops🤷♂️
been a long while now but she’s finally budding and I think she’s done stretching….i hope.

Bro...... You need to get better lights or move them closer. They are hunting for the light. Use the PPFD app on android and measure the output in the center of the canopy. You need at least 600ppfd for in a 12hr cycle....
they are a compete test cross and will never be grown again. I don’t like the genetics and to be honest the female smells like shit, literally. they were under the mars hydro and it didn’t matter. they were stretching like a firework. I moved the good light to the better grow as I upgraded tent sizes and needed a second light. this grow is now pretty much garbage. I’ll continue for what seeds will be, toast the male, and let it finish possibly out back 🤷♂️also autoflowers, they are on 20/4, the DLI is in range.
If you understand DLI you are good...... Alot of people are clueless in this area. Is my light bright? Yep! Is it more than my plant can use? Probably...... Unless you have C02 and the Nutes/water to feed the growth. Nothing wrong with experimenting though.... Unknown genetics can be rough for sure. I've never crossed anything. I use feminized seeds from good breeders .

she’s been put outside. she started autoflowering and just stopped. they are supposed to be full autos. the male did the same thing. he’s been sent to the compost pile. this is possible if one of the parents was not fully heterozygous with the auto flowering gene. I did collect a decent amount of pollen so maybe a future back cross to bring out the auto genes🤷♂️ but probably not. the female has been seeded and I have collected a few since that were ready. but she’s been put outside to nature. She outgrew the tent and I’ve moved onto a new grow.
Definitely sounds like a gene mutation forsure. Could be super rare however, I wouldn’t continue the lineage on her unless you wanted to do more research on it.
yep she’s headed to the back burner. maybe one day if I have a spare set up somewhere I’ll throw down some beans. she is seeded for what buds had started so I do have F2 progeny.

Still have no idea honestly what she’s doing vegging or flowering, but I am harvesting seeds that are competed. started 5 of the F2 progeny we’ll see what comes up.
What size part are you growing in and what type of soil are you using?
started in a .75 gal bag and now in a 2 gal bag. 60/40 peat/coco mix I make myself and recycle/re amend after each grow.
so you Reuse i’m using Coco Loco coconut potting mix. You’re Saying that I can refuse?
I know the product but not firmiliar with it as far as what’s in it, is that the coco/pearlite mix only? but yes you can absolutely re use it. I do organic so I re amend woth all my additives in a large storage container.
