Grow Timeline (10 updates)
looks sad today
cheer up buttercup her dirt is too spicy and the light is too low. temps around 80 degrees and humidity around 60-75% will help her.
the light is at the top of the canopy and temp is about 80 and 60 humidity.. does it need a break from light? spicy soil?? should I flush?
the dark purple ish on leaves is a sign of too much phosphorus flushing may drown her. I would if she was mine just transplant it carefully to a bigger container with less nutrient rich soil. lots of drainage like moist not soaked soil.Super Thrive, when transplanting if you have it available.
these plants can handle light. the sun is bright and they grow great outside the stretching of the stems is because she is searching for more light.
placing on the floor of tent may not be the same environment as the middle or top of the tent I put my little ones in middle of tent where environment is most consistent. They like hot moist climates think jungle.
appreciate your input... I don't have super thrive but will try to transplant into bigger pot with drainage and moist soil
shouldn’t be any nutrients in there to flush . u want to use soil with no nutrients when u starting a seedling. watch how much water u use . only mist the top of the soil .
with autos u need to have a perfect start or u will be harvesting a foot tall plant . u have any more beans u can pop ? I would pop another one & watch how much u watering it . u only need to be misting the top of the soil & when it sprouts u can start to mist the outer edge so the feeder roots will spread out & find the water & use no nutrients
thanks for ur input... I have 2 more of the wedding cake and def may start another as I wanna be doing good
just watch when u water . use a spray bottle . overwatering is the biggest mistake that new growers will make . this causes stunted growth & with auto flowers there no room for error . check to make sure the water u use isn’t to hard . if u don’t have filtered water then let it sit out for 12 hours with no cap & this should help . with growing less is more & just keep it simple & u be ok . I would get some seed starting soil & jiffy pots . u can just put the pot in soil & wont have transplant shock .
what to do??
don’t overwater the seedlings, u can just mist around the base & gradually extend a little past it so the feeding roots will search out the water & expand the root system. too much water will stunt the growth & drown the plant. make sure the medium u use has good drainage & isn’t to compact
start over. not worth investing more time
I kinda wanna see what happens but i do have a different seed popped.
she's been thru hell but still fighting for her....she had war with strong winds and rain that knocked her down but we stood back up with a lil support..... then left low and unattended my dog decided he needed something to relax so he took a nibble smh but here we are still fighting
Is she still alive?
unfortunately I pulled her
she is stretching for the light… if she keeps doing that she’s gonna fall over get something to hold her into her roots get stronger for example some type of stick and some tide wraps will do. it’s because of the light being far away
thanks will do that
