I broke the beautiful seedling i had prepped to veg alreadt getting my small seed starting plug to be whiddled into the super large plugs they take. So back to square 1 with a seed and hopes. I did get a tail within 9 hours thanks to the great Genetics and my prop tent being super stable. Really appreciating the solid customer support and feedback with AC Infinity.
Something to look into for breeding. Seems happy, good growth, PH in range, good EC. Added Vivosun nutrients for veg stage and also got for like half off the bloom juice also! Wish I would've known i needed to buy additional chemicals, but I'm so happy with the exponentially huge root growth . I will say it's hard to time when the small humidifier is going to run outta water. Other than that, no notes. This thing is awesome, loud in DWC, but worth it.
This little plant. This is my first Auto. I had some hesitation at first because they seem so fickle from what I see online. I haven't topped it or anything, just going to do this LST and in a week or 2 do some trimming. I don't know how big Autos get so any advice would be appreciated so I don't mess up.
What strain is it?
Autos are kinda finicky. Dont stress them out too much and go lighter on the training than you would on photos. Happy growing!

Fed the little one and tucked leaves. Not sure what to think about autos, glad this will be a seed tent after this grow. I miss training, topping, and pruning.

Honestly love this little box. It comes with a wicking bottom feeder but I wanted to try DWC on a large scale. I've done DWC for herbs for years. Other than the units airstones kinda reverberating when it's running (pads from Harbor Frieght for furniture moving on hardwood floors helped dramatically) I can say it's pretty chill so far. I have 1 week left until we flip to flower for this auto. I did purchase the additional nutrients from Vivosun also other than the A and B it comes with. I think it's fantastic.
That good to hear . Sour diesel always grows best in DWC . Everything is automated on that . I hear the V grow is way better then the hey Abby grow box . I want the V cure machine
Im liking the Vivosun DWC. The bubblers are kinda loud, and i don't have anywhere to do something HST or Mainlining, at least I can use the net to scrog. The additional kelp nutrient makes the roots and water darker, but the vegetative growth has been remarkable. The pics don't do it justice.
For training try the 90° clips that should do the trick
Roots look a little dark , try smelling them to make sure there no funky smell . Could be the nutrients causing darker color . Just check & make sure 👍
If u like sour diesel that always does best in the DWC .
This Vivosun was kinda expensive for what it actually is, and when you add in the Fan, DWC, Camera, additional nutrients you didnt know to buy ahead of schedule,yada yada, it adds up quickly, but I have to say it's worth it.
The growth is good, I apparently run a tight ship so the app says I'm in the 90% percentile for upkeep lol.
The unit is loud. Not at first, but be prepared. I use distilled water, all of the Vivosun recommend nutrients, but the pump for the air stones is getting louder. I've noticed not as much bubble output as well. Might be their nutrients, im not sure. Next grow is dirt with the automated drip and buttchug. Lets see if it's quieter then.
Im not a fan of the receipt they have preloaded into the unit for autoflower, but maybe time flies who knows.
If you have any questions about this unit and want the unvarnished truth, just ask. Would I buy it again, yes. I like the fact I don't have to worry about it. Yes you have to refill the additional USB humidifier more than AC ones, but it's also a little bigger than a pop can so to be honest that's great for the amount of time it will run.
It does seem to get out of VPD pretty easy when the light is off I've noticed. I have mine in my office supply closet that's private so I can keep it out of view. But, it's all climate controlled, air temp outside the tent has never dipped below 65 or over 73.1 so I don't get it, but it's a journey.
Man, Silica makes a difference. The stems are amazing, roots are really spectacular, and i notice better colors. What is your experience and do you see a difference with brands?

I've been keeping the water at a 7 day change for 2 gallons worth at the vicosun rec nutrient schedule with all options. Leaves a bit crispy today, but other than that tremendous growth and development. I need to refill the humidifier everyday it seems like, but the prune I just did was only for the veg that was covering bud sites.
This plant has been subject to LST only. The addition of silica at 5ml per gallon has helped as well.
2 " of vertical growth in last week. Per viosun calendar , as a autoflower it has 4 weeks left approx. Im looking forward to it.
I have previously only had experience with plants who where photo based, not autoflower. This run is dwc, next is in soil, then DWC prob and making seed in each plant. These first two are for bud and speed only.
Next plant is ready already to take this one's place with soil. Wow.
That's a lot of build up on the roots. What nutrients are you using?
Its the nutrient solution I got from Vivosun. It just tints the roots. Looks bad i know lol, and the stuff smells like my Alaska fish stuff but strained. Does wonders for the leaves though.
Dwc system was acting weird trying to evacuate the water reservoir. Plant died while I was in hospital. No loss, got the warranty replacement, but im going to soil for the next one or coco.
What system do you have?
I was using the Vivosun 1 plant AI thingy with the DWC, using vivosun nutrients. Im thinking it was low quality nutrients that doomed the plant, but the system kept shutting off the air bubblers, light wasnt enough intensity, and the drain pump never worked right (even on the replacement they sent). Gonna stick with AC from now on, but wanted to try something different.
