Ussaly they go into flower by 30 days if it didn’t u might have to a light schedule change to get it to bud . I’d look at pics if u have any and check dates . Us growers document and photo everything and take notes Especially my compost teas i wright down my reicepes . It looks over 30 days old if u ask me . If u on a 18 hr light schedule take her down to 12

You gotta get your bug problem under control or your roots will never make a decent plant. And if that's over 30 days old, definitely something you should be absolutely aware of, its not an auto.
