I'd say they're ready to transplant you could wait another week or so but sooner than later after reviewing pics you can definitely wait longer to move

Digital timer air pilot is shit came in grow light off this morning again my girls leaves look a little sad not sure what it is gonna a new pot ASAP soil stays wet to long between watering days

Only water one side of pot or just outside of pot or start bottom watering

Bottom water with less is a good start then lift pot every day to get a feel for how much she's drinking
