added some cal mag and did a little LST to the larger one. how does it look? did I do it right?
i did this once and my plant died, i think if i would have changed anything from this type of training, is that I would leave the stem alone, cut off all but one branch, and train that branch instead
gotcha. I stopped the training and it pretty much straightened back up.
this a photo yes?
that's what it looked like yesterday. I'll post a new Pic now.
sorry, i meant photo as in phototrophic or autotrophic
oh. they're autos. see how the bigger one stood back up? I clipped off a couple of the bigger fan leaves to give the side branches more light. how does it look?
lookin good so far. i dont have a lot of experience with autos but i know its best to not stress them too much
looks like female thereβs some pistils coming out
The last close up is female for sure. Males will have clusters of hairless sacs.
the plant looked normal last week.
no looks like a nitrogen deficiency
what should I do to fix it?
she is deficient in calcium. However, calcium and magnesium are cations competing for the same exchange sites. so if your ratios are off, it can block calcium. It depends on what you have given her thus far. when in flower her need for magnesium increases. so imbalanced ratios can cause deficiency meaning, she may have enough calcium just canβt access or you have 0 cal mag depending on what you have fed. π magnesium needs increase significantly in week 5. add some vitamin B1 and some magnesium sulfate in this week.
if the plant is close to finishing then yes the leafs will naturally fade like fall colors
i use a table spoon of Epsom salt every time i give nutrients and i have yet to have deficiencies Epsom salt give the plants cal mag its just cheaper works great
It looks like you still have a little ways, based on how many white pistils there are. The buds will fatten up more and the pistils will get darker or go back into the swollen calyxes.
They look like theyβre still atleast 3 weeks away from harvest.
Starting to grow nicely! Super happy for how they're coming along.
