increase light intensity. seedlings should get around 250PAR it’s stretching out to get closer to the light.

seeing people stating to lower the lights. Hadn't figured out stretching was a thing. yeah between 12 and 18 inches is safe generally. don't want them too close or you'll burn your leaves. if it continues to stretch (ive done this) CAREFULLY dig under its roots (keep as much of the dirt the roots are in as possible) empty the pot into a different container put your baby in there and bury your stalk. leave a little above the dirt but leave your leaves exposed. it'll take a minute and a good watching but those roots will get insane and the plant actually bushes when it takes off.

I have had good results with this by adding and pulling the soil up to just under the leaves, then adjusting the light. Being very careful not to disturbed the plant as it is so tender at this stage.
