Grow Timeline (6 updates)
I'm not sure about this plant. Seems to me that after 18 days there would be more growth. I just fed it some grow big yesterday. My fertilizer arrived super late so yesterday was it's first shot of plant food. We'll see what happens. Got this seed from a random sac of weed so I don't have much faith in this one.
u feeding plant to early . what u using soil ? if u use soil with nutrients u dont need to feed for first 3-5 weeks & then u only need to feed a 1/4 strength of what they say to use . the nutrient companies want u to feed more so u buy more bottles. always go 1/4 then go up to 1/2 when they establish root system. 18 days they barely have feeding roots . watch overwatering as well . good luck & we all mess up grows
also don’t use miracle gro or any of there products on cannabis plants . I would start out with a mix of fox farms ocean forest & there happy frog . put the OF on bottom half of container & happy frog on top of that & plant will have all the nutrients it needs to start off with for awhile . get some earth worm castings as well . Fox farms is good especially when starting out . I use pro mix & mix my own nutrients in it . or I also use coco coir . how much coffee grounds u using . that can be to acidic & throw off the PH . I don’t know what miracle gro soils PH is , I never use it not even for my vegetables
Thanks for the pointers. I will keep that in mind about the fertilizer and soil. I kinda figured it was too early but, through some bad advice. I went ahead and fed them. Hope it doesn't burn them too much. I flushed the soil with water.
do u have any hydro shops by u or just basic garden stores . See if they have Fox Farm ocean forest & Happy Frog soil & use that . use ocean forest in the bottom half that has more nutrients & happy frog for top half (has less) u wont need to worry about any nutrients for at least 4-6 weeks depending on pot size & u can always top dress with some dry amendments. when using bottles dont go full strength. I know we want to pump em up but it will kill or stunt plants. start with 1/4 strength u can always add more later
No hydro shops, Just a heads shop in town. We live in the hills and the local choices are slim. But we got it sorted. New medium is in route.
good Amazon is another great option if u don’t have grow shop . my buddy owns hydro shop & I prefer giving him my money , if I didn’t have a shop I would use Amazon & I do still order stuff online ,

that's it 24 hrs thats fast what method u use ? I do the heat pad and plant in earth
I put each strand in a separate paper towel and wetted them on a plate. The only ones that didn't germinate right away was my Zkittles Auto. Which popped this morning so. Took them around 40 hours. They look like they did germinate in their photo, but they didn't. One has a piece of paper towel stuck to it. The second is light glare.
