I placed the seeds in dechlorinated water to let them soak for 18-24 hours, I plan to check back after I get off work tomorrow at 3pm and I put the seeds in the water at 5pm tonight

Now it is day 2 and I have switched the seeds from the water to cotton pads inside of a ziploc bag (labeled) and misted the inside of the bag and pads with water, only sealing the bag 75% of the way, leaving the other 25% open to allow the seeds to breathe and sprout efficiently within their environments

Transplanting from cotton pad to seedling starter

I am transplanting the seedlings from the cotton pads from germination to the seedling starter kit from Vivosun, using an 18/6 schedule for lights with very light watering, as you can recover from under watering but not overwatering.
