Grow Timeline (24 updates)
After 48 hours in the dark the Apricot strain from FastBuds clearly has an advantage in the race, White Rhino is just beginning to emerge whoilevJealousy and Chocolate Thai have yet to show any activity
after 96 hours it appears chocolate Thai is struggling cause temps got cooler, jealousy is just beginning to come out the shell. Apricot has not yet emerged from the soil while White Rhino has advanced ahead of apricot by having emerged 1 inch out of the soil
as of evening the chocolate Thai and jealousy are showing signs of growth despite the cold and will be planted in soil in the morning. Apricot is beginning to emerge thick and hearty while white rhino has doubled in height since this morning
all four seeds are now within the environment of the tent and watered for the first time with Apricot and white rhino receiving their second dose of water. first dose was ph’d to 6.34 this dose was ph’d to 5.97 will monitor growth over the next 24 hours to see benefits of more acidic water
mixed a new bottle of water with a slightly higher ph of 5.5 to water tonight Apricot it’s beginning to unfold it’s first set of leaves. White Rhino lost its shell with a little help. there is not sign of chocolate Thai emerging and Jealousy is just beginning to emerge from the soil
gave each about 100 ml of water chocolate Thai has emerged a little more and appears to be the slowest growing of the group. fast buds Apricot was the first to emerge and still seems to be the most developed a week later. white rhino seems to be reaching for the light but is not showing much growth in the way of girth. Jealousy is coming up in the thicker side of growth
Treated for cobweb mold and prevention as chocolate Thai was display symptoms so all were given Treated water. I did not water last night as there were cooler temps and the soil was still damp. Night: soil still most no sign of cobweb mold since treatment with peroxide this morning plants all look healthy
Performed actiontype.watering, I also decided since I am about 1/5 of the way through the grow that today would be a good day to transition them to vegetation.
I’d lower light and blow a fan gently above it she needs to get stronger just my opinion but u definitely streching
Yeah she wants more light for sure
I am noticing a little bit of upward curling in the Apricot( it is a FastBuds strain and I think it hit the hot soil sooner than anticipated) I’ll have to look into it more. The white rhino for some reason is constantly reaching for light more so than Apricot or Jealousy. Jealousy seems to be displaying the best overall growth with multiple shades of green in what was a seedling. I have decreased water from 150 ml down to 100 ml and it seems to dry back at a better rate than 150 ml it’s more consistent for daily watering at this moment.
In my last post I mentioned upward curling which had me questioning why I was in need of flowering nutrients this early in the grow… turns out the upward curling actually demonstrated itself to be tacoing from too much water,at this point I have been giving them 150ml 2x a day and while it was working in the beginning, the outside temps dropped to a level where my tent temp had dropped to 66 degrees and the water had not been drying back consistently. I decreased watering to 100 ml daily and they seem to be bouncing back with life and responding well to the decrease
Failed to seal tent all the way and ended up exhausting most of the water in the humidifier… Note make sure tent is sealed before leaving grow room.
