light water, mist tops, recharge tomorrow
I ordered red wrigglers and European nightcrawlers; they arrived today.
I set up two 27-gallon totes and created a worm farm. It will sustain my worms and worm castings and allow me to use the compost tea/worm casting juice.
I am going to beef up some of the arms and amend them to my 5-gallon pots.
I want to look into getting a 3x3 grow container/ box.
Loving the living soil is so much fun and easier than using notes and all.
Organic is the way.
I added cal mag, recharge and watered
they look great, healthy nice work
ty! I am so very happy how this grow is going. I was at the point where I almost gave up. you've been a godsend being able to answer my questions. appreciate ya so much!
if you like living soil growing, check out KNF, PFJ, IMO. π€―
I've gone down the knf rabbit hole. ty I will do some research.
I flush them twice due to high EC on my living soil runoff I got them within the acceptable EC range One of the four seems like it's showing over watering and or a nutrient imbalance due to the flush I'm leaning towards it being over watered or some type of root shock The last time I flushed it was 2 days ago . I'm assuming I need to let it dry out and then possibly add some recharge or some type of bunny compost tea? thoughts, help?
it took me about a week to flush and get the EC back on track three of the four ECs are right where I want them one of them's a little bit lower. added silicia , worms seem to still be alive after the flush.
added recharge yesterday.
also trimmed up a bit and my my tent alot less crowded.
well fuckn eh, youβre sounding like a grower now! π nice work, they look good.
ty , first time I'm very happy with my grow. you have instilled slot of confidence in me by answering all my questions.

must be getting anxious. good luck ππ
ah so much to say my friend 1 too much fertilizer 2. too off too many fan leafs, always leave at least 3 set of top fan leafs for health, fertilizer dispersal(fertilizer leeches out thro fan leafs) 3. main thing don't ever let her droop and forget to water or let her dry out, one time and it will never be the same 4. looks like you let it get into nutrient lock from over fertilizing and then kept watering, maybe after you let it get too dry and fertilizer after that. (bad news bears) 5. and possibly room to hot above 90Β°f better luck next time, remember less is more
oh and you need micro nutrients, try general hydroponics CALiMAGic
oh and forgot without out question ph is an issue to

what is the purpose of the clover?
growing with living soil and by using clover as a cover crop to help with nitrogen, soil health, help with microbials, helps keep the soil covered and moist.
that's awesome! I want to give this a try soon!
Companion plants! Love it. Almost outdoor season. And that means companion crops! Nothing better than plants helping plants and then being able to harvest for food, nutrition and pleasure! I swear someday, I'm gonna homestead it.
Don't forget to tell Chet that they're also good watering meters! When the clovers slump, time to water.
