So I have a Vivosun aerolight s200 and two 70 watt t5 led's I put a diffusion screen in between the soon to be canopy and the light to soften the light a bit. The. On one side of the tent I have a intake fan connected to a carbon filter, then on the other side of the 4x4 tent I have a insulated flex duct that sits on the outside top of the tent purposely layer out in a zigzag pattern and finally connected to a separate fog chamber that will produce fog for 1 min every 45 min as long as the humidistat calls for it during non sleeping hours. 1 circulation fan close to the ground the other just above the soon to be canopy. Then I have a 4x4 scrog and a small 12" table with drain holes for air movements above and below.
I live in a 5 unit townhome and I live in the direct middle unit and the roof has two valleys pushing tons of rain right over my front porch..with no gutterπ€¨ Anyway I just take a home Depot bucket and put it under the roof edge and take the full bucket (fills in under 30 seconds) and run it through this. It's just a Brita filter attached to a water cooler fill spout with a 2" end stop fernco. Cut the rubber fernco to fit the filter...... Tighten the pipe clamp. So far works good and doesn't cost anything after parts
Love it!!! Put that water to good use. I loved growing in coco, best way to grow, but my soul broke a little bit every time I watered with drain to waste.π
I'm planning on setting up two 50 gallon barrels by my barn to catch rain water this year.
What do you love about it
Keeping me accountable taking photographs, recording data and notes and being able to share it in a community of growers way beyond my own level
I love waking up super early to look at the progress and just changed my whole environment and vibe over all

Hell yes thats awesome to hear brother and I am glad this app was created i lobe being able to help out young and new growers
Hell yea idc how many time I go in my room it always changes
Okay so for this girl I also have a separate fog box I'm calling it where I have regular tap water inside of a 30 gallon tote and I have an ultrasonic fogger that's inside of it creating fog and I am using a warming mat to warm the water slightly. The insulated flexible duct work is connected from the fog box to one side of my tent but also is in a zigzag pattern to have a longer pathway for it to travel to keep temp from spiking or dropping and to prevent condensation buildup in the tent and above all else have no fog droplets appear on the leaves..... If you noticed in the video and last picture there's a can inside the tote that's right in front of the beginning of the insulated ductwork. That can is filled with sugar, water, and yeast. I add to every it week or so to produce CO2.There is also a small computer fan that I have installed on the side of the tote to mix the oxygen fog and carbon dioxide before entering the tent. This is also a benefit of having the zigzag pattern to be able to mix all of the vapors together before entering the grow space. The Grow tent is constantly under negative pressure from my exhaust fan which I just have on the opposite side from where the flex duct enters the tent . I literally just bought a air quality monitor about an hour ago off amazon so once I have some data to share I will. I have been monitoring my temperature, humidity and VPD very closely and I would love it if any of the triple degree black belt growers here would give me some feedback. I'm only about 5 weeks into my grow And honestly I'm thrilled with how it's going and I really don't want anything to fuck up so if anybody could have some Jedi foresight into the future of what might happen and be able to give me a heads up it'd be cool .....thanks
I want to put together a 3d model to print that I can insert into a tote to separate Co2 producing sludge from clean water that is to be vaporized and Im hoping this makes the final product a step above. Letting this community use it as an open source adding ideas to the point where it makes a difference and is worth doing.... Right now idk I'm just testing it out
So for the lighting situation that I have I have a vivosun 200watt aerolight. And then I also have two 75watt t5 lights on opposite sides of the tent and then underneath the arrow light I have hung a screen for a window frame that I took the screen out of and put in a diffuser sheet in the screens place to basically give a more of a mellow light that doesn't burn and kind of acts similar to a marine layer and it seems to be working out so far I was kind of iffy about it at first. So far man so good with this grow I've been really trying to implement an environmental engineering approach. By having the two t5 lights on the side I feel like it also gives it a sunset/sunrise kind of approach since it's a much weaker light.... Lmk what you think
Lookin great!!! Happy growing!!!πππππͺ΄πͺ΄πͺ΄πͺ΄
