Grow Timeline (58 updates)
Thought I’d drop this here since I don’t have my outdoor grow logged on this app. What I initially thought was a cal-mag deficiency turned out to be septoria. Treated it with Copper Fungicide and picked up some neem oil as a preventative definitely essentials if you're growing in a humid climate.
As for the tent it's in that slower phase where I’m mostly letting it do its thing. That being said my dumbass overwatered and ended up with a fungus gnat issue. I sprayed the soil with a strong insect killer and grabbed neem oil to help prevent any more problems. Also turned the light down to 25% after noticing some light burn though it might’ve been from spraying while the lights were on. I’m also trying to get a little more stretch before defoliating so I’ll be adjusting the light intensity a bit to dial everything in.
Watered the plants today with added Mykos and did some defoliation on the Gelatos and Godfather OG. I’ve noticed some discoloration and drooping in both the Godfather OG and Tropicana Cookies Purple, which are in Fox Farm’s Happy Frog soil — first time using it, so I’m keeping an eye on how they respond. Still dealing with a fungus gnat issue, so I’m planning to pick up BuildASoil’s Fungus Gnat Eliminator. Also starting to suspect my pH meter might be off, so I’ll be grabbing a new one soon. Hopefully the soil is buffering any pH imbalances until I can confirm the meter’s accuracy.
Fungus Gnats thrive in moist soil... to reduce numbers let it fully dry before watering. Sticky traps for the adults and you can use Diatomaceous Earth for the larvae or mosquito bits... I opt for the former. Happy Frog is good for seedlings and early veg as it's MILD on nutrients. I opt for Ocean Forest as it has enough nutrients to carry you through week 4 of veg without supplements. Lots of growers even blend the 2. You're probably close to the point where you'll need to supplement nutrients. You can top dress with things like earthworm castings, bat guano, blood meal, bone meal, etc or use liquid teas of your choosing. As far as pH meters... they all drift over time. Important to rinse them off with distilled water and then dip it in some MCL before storing for next use. This will help the calibration hold for much longer stretches. pH in soil isn't a huge deal... optimal range is quite larger than hydro so a little drift in your pen isn't going to hurt anything or have an immediate impact. Might want to consider buying some quality calibration solution set with MCL included, whether or not you decide a new pH meter is actually needed.
Thanks for the advice! I wish I knew the happy frog soil had less nutrients in it since I’m used to the heavier amended soil but I guess I should’ve look into it more before just grabbing whatever soil was left and running with it.
I did have to water because the pots were light or should I dry them out till they start drooping a bit?
if pots are light yeah you water. Try bottom feeding if you haven't and apply Diatomaceous Earth to the top soil... it's only effective if it's dry. It'll take care of the larvae cuts em up.
Copy that. I knew I should’ve just watered from the bottom and kept the top soil dry I did around 1 liter in the saucer maybe more and .5 on top but right after said I shouldn’t of done that🤦♂️ but ima order what you suggested and throw them on the soil.
All good... live and learn.
Had to harvest a godfather early due to damage from septoria, worms and bud rot… Ended up with just under 4 ozs
I’m growing god father og as wel!!! is this a BlimBurn genetic?
I believe it is. I get my seeds from SeedSupreme.
ahhh Okok says BlimBurn World Wide Cultivators on my lil box
try doing what I did get an outdoor greenhouse for them so the rain and morning dew don’t get them and they stay dry
check out my outdoor greenhouse grow I got pineapple express I have gushers fruity pebbles, white widow, Girl Scout cookies, super cherry boof #26 and a really good recreation of the classic sour diesel and we had frost two nights in a row up in Vermont and that perfectly fine being in the greenhouse I got industrial fan the dehumidifier in there keeping it nice and dry and I still got some weeks to go until they’re fully ready
And try getting yourself some grove bags Way better than mason jars absolutely no work. You don’t have to burp them and all that shit in the product comes out way better top shelf every time you just have to check the moisture in the stem near the bugs tend to 12% moisture and then put the buds in the bag, Ziploc and then use a hair straightener. Does heat seal it. Leave for 10 weeks and the shit comes out absolutely perfect.
Hell yeah they look great and that is a good idea especially for where this grow is and what strains I’m running. I think next year Im just going to find a couple good mold resistant strains and throw them in 100-200 gallon raised beds.
I’ll check them out for sure. Good looks
yeah, I have an outdoor greenhouse was the best freaking investment I haven’t made especially considering my clones are all 8 to 10 weeks flowering and they all started the flower middle of August and my sour diesel which is from seed start the flower August 10 before all the clones and the sour diesel way ahead of those and I still have quite a bit of time I’m guessing three weeks maybe even a month till all those clones are ready and we already got couple frost two nights in a row in vt So yeah, our greenhouse is the way to go. You can protect them from rain, humidity frost keep them dry and they’ll go all the way
sooo bud root is also caused by the budworms just so u know in case u don’t know that
yeah but there was both signs though. I’ve pulled apart the buds that had the rot and some had the corn worm and some just had fungus on it
cut far enough beyond the rot to make sure u got it all cuz it will spread more if u don’t get it all
Gave the girls a light feed of banana water mixed with some Recharge, half strength Cal-Mag, and a splash of Tiger Bloom. Clones are rooted up nice, started bottom feeding em now. Gonna toss those babies into 1-gallon pots in about a week or so. 🌱💨
like how even they are all flowering 💐
Did a bunch of topping and training just keeping the canopy nice and even so those good vibes uh, I mean auxins spread out everywhere 😎🌿
Just wish I didn’t overwater and used the wrong soil on the other girls.
My eyes lit up like a kid in a candy store when I saw pic 2 😂
Gelato came out to be 12.8 ounces with another 5.8 of trim. The Godfather and Tropicana Cookies still hanging out for a few more days probably 3 or 4 left on the dry.
Nice haul!!
Thank you! It turned out super leafy and fluffy so I kinda halfassed the trim job but it’s not like I’m selling it🤷♂️ In the end most of it will probably be turned into hash anyways.
My wife really looks forward to our annual hash making day. We combine it with taco night 😅
Hell yeah bro that’s sick you guys do that. I’m all about some good hash, man. I actually just ran a batch from some Pineapple Chunks trim my buddy gave me for helping him trim up his plants. Just waiting for it to dry now so I can see what kinda weight I pulled.
Have you ever made temple balls out if it?
Oh yeah I prefer it that way.
They look better than my past 😂😂save me a bud brother I'm on my way
Yeah I’ve had way better grows than this one lmao Coming back into growing and I used different soil than what I’m used to so my nutrients is all out of wack and ended up with a fungus gnat infestation due to overwatering so it’s been a rough return.
Your not soo good coming back to grow is my dream currently 😂😂😂I've been literally planning to have my own indoor tent for 5 years, and just this year I was able to get everything I need considering the country I live in. I hope she gives you mean buds to make you float like a cloud ☁️☁️🤣🤣
Because of my back issues I’m running a low budget setup so this is the best I could throw together lol. But yeah no doubt they will Gelato’s definitely one of my favorites. Glad to hear things are going well for you on your end. I hope the rest goes smooth for you!
beautiful fade nice job by the way looks great!!
Thank you! 🙏
Veg time has begun. Transplanted most of the clones into what I think are 3 gals and the rest into 2s. Threw in an extra 65 watts of that blue LED for a little boost. My buddy came through with 6 Blucifer clones from Irie Genetics, so now the lineup’s sittin’ at 6 Blucifer, 2 Gelato, 1 Godfather, and 3 Kush Mints. Watering is going to be fun..
Too much nitrogen’s been stressing the girls a bit, so I’m switching to straight water for the rest of the run fingers crossed they hang in there for the next couple weeks. The clones are really starting to take off since the transplant, so I began a little light training. Might be a touch early but they’re looking strong enough to handle it
looking verry good nice work!!!
Thank you!🙏
all day !!!!
they look stunning bro
The girls are doing their thing responding beautifully to the training. The monster crop clones are rocking those funky little leaves, and the Blucifers are taking off like they’ve got somewhere to be. Might have to give em a bit more juice from the lights if they keep stretching but the structure’s coming along perfectly. The bottom branches are making their way up and everything’s balancing out nicely.
Couple more weeks and they’ll be ready to level up 🤙
Also started a fun little side project turning a Kush Mints clone into a cannabonsai. Gonna train her into a spiral, maybe even wrap her around a wolf statue if I can find the right pot for her. Should turn out pretty wild.
I want to be like you 👌🏽
Looking like I’m still about two weeks out except for the little Kush Mints, those ladies are clocking out early next week. Clone update: they got a nice drink with Recharge, root drench, and a splash of molasses for dessert. I topped all the clones to slow down the main stem so the lower branches can catch up and join the party. Gotta keep that canopy even and the vibes balanced.
Shall I risk it and say… another two weeks? 😅 The clones must’ve hit that teenage phase cause they’re stretching like they just discovered yoga. Picking up an HLG 100 to keep em in check and finish off this veg stage proper. Gotta keep the canopy tight and the vibes right
looks great
Thank you🙏
Harvested two of the Kush Mints about 6–7 days ago, and they dried up nicely. Trimmed them, weighed them, and for two smaller plants they ended up denser than I expected pulled a little over a half ounce. I’m taking the other two down at different times just to see how they compare.
The Kush Mints already smell and taste great sweet, minty, a little pine and the high is really well balanced. Frosty on the outside, and once you grind it up it shows those nice purple tones, which is always a good surprise.Turned down the light gradually the last few days to 75%. Turned the light timer to 10-14.
Going to flush the Gelato with the nitrogen issue before I harvest her so she finishes cleaner ish🤷♂️
I'd smoke that. Well done 👏
Appreciate it🙏 They honestly came out way better than I expected. Gotta give props to Mars Hydro that blue and far red spectrum adlites really put in the work. Ended up dense and frosty. Now it’s just a matter of dialing my soil and nutes back in for the next run
looking great!!!!
Plant: How many main colas do you want? HH420: All of them! 🤣 Looks amazing man!
Yessir! 😂 And maaaan they did. This next run’s gonna be a trip I grabbed those square pots where I can put rods in each corners so each plant gets its own mini trellis. No more ending up with Miss Lankington wobblin’ around like she’s had too many dabs and I’m over here holding her up with some busted old yo-yos.
Thank you!🙏
Girls have been in the cold with limited sunlight not total darkness. I’m planning to harvest a little each day to avoid ending up in trim jail. Here’s a bouquet from the Gelato and a video of some tester buds I chopped from the lower branch 4-5 days ago.
Cleaned up the whole grow space and sprayed everything down. Lifted the light and eased it back to 25%. Moved them into 7 gallon pots, hit the roots with some mykos, and watered in with Recharge and a root drench. Threw some dowel rods in the corners of the square pots and got the trellis net started just need a few more rods to finish the other side. Definitely not doing this setup again though next run I’m just throwing up one big trellis net and calling it good.
Checked in on the grow area. The Blucifers soil was dry about an inch down so they each got roughly 2 liters of plain water. The three monstercropped girls in the smaller pot received a dose of Recharge. Still deciding what to do with them… I might pass them along to someone, but if not, I’ll just let them flower right where they are.
Made up some more hash the other day using some leftover outdoor trim. I forgot to get a picture the first time I made some so I made sure to grab one of this batch
nice that a dope lil set up
Harvest Update:
The Gelato started getting a little too crispy for my liking on day 5, so I trimmed it up and tossed it into a tote to slow the dry for a few more days before jarring. The stems are still a bit wet but the buds themselves are pretty dry. Hopefully I didn’t mess them up too badly 🤷♂️I’ll just need to stay on top of the burping process.
Honestly, the terps on this Gelato just aren’t hitting, and the weight feels light for how dense the buds were, which didn’t make much sense to me. This next run will probably be my last time growing Gelato from Seed Supreme… and maybe the last time I grab any strain from them at all, which hurts to admit 😅.
Photo Order:
1. Kush Mints
2. Tropicana Cookies Purple
3. Godfather OG
4. Gelato
Indoor Tent Yields:
• Gelato: 9.75 oz
• Godfather OG: 30 g
• Tropicana Cookies Purple: 20 g
• Kush Mints: 29 g
Total: 12.6 oz
Trim Material: 3.5 oz
Added the second layer of trellis net today and uh… yeah…
Now all my little DIY dowel rods and custom SCROG frames look hella goofy and borderline useless
Gave everyone about 1–1.5 liters of water
Flip is coming soon.
…Eventually.
At some point.
I like how those bags hold the poles for the trellis nets .
Noticed some droop, pots were light and soil was bone dry. Watered with 2L of cal-mag + Recharge + EWC + guano tea.
Accidentally did a little PRD (partial root zone drying) from letting them dry out too long. Not planned but hey sometimes the plants get trained by accident.
Switching to 12/12 next week
Girls were getting dry again, so I mixed up a light feeding Recharge and a touch of molasses to keep those microbes vibing. Water temp was way too warm at about 80°F, so I cooled it with a frozen bottle and brought it down to 68–69°F before brewing the tea for 15 minutes and watering.
Flipping them to flower tonight. Threw in the deep red adlite. Increased light intensity to 75%. Kinda expecting a big stretch from the Blucifers. I’ll be topping the pots off in a couple weeks to cover roots and provide additional medium and nutrients.
Performed actiontype.watering
Pulled a few of the lower leaves this morning some classic magnesium deficiency showing up. Planning to hit them with another round of Cal-Mag on the next watering to get things back on track.
Performed actiontype.feeding
Topped off the pots with fresh Ocean Forest to keep the root zone happy. Gave them a 1/2 strength feed of Recharge, Cal-Mag, Big Bloom, and a splash of molasses to keep the microbes vibing. Raised the light to 30” and bumped intensity up to 80%.
Waiting to water until the power comes back on. VPD is steady at 0.7 in the tent currently running without exhaust.
Fed the Blucifers first with the main mix, about 2–3 liters each. Added another gallon of straight water to the leftover mix to mellow it out for the other girls since they don’t need as much food they still got around 2–3 liters each.Sprayed neem oil over the wet soil and along the tent walls as a preventative. Planning to do a cleaning, defoliate, lollipop, and take clones around week 3 (or once trichomes start showing) then drop the scrog net back down and let the canopy fill in.
Curious what everyone prefers when pheno hunting do you lean toward a cultivar that stretches more, or one that stays bushy and compact? The last two photos are both Kush Mints, but they’re expressing differently one pheno is showing broader leaves and a tighter, denser bud structure, while the other is a bit more lanky with what looks like increased bud sites. Which expression would you personally choose, and why?
Personally I would choose shorter, denser plants. Just me personally, I prefer working with a smaller plant so I have more room above my light for all my filters and such. And I prefer to trim less, denser buds, then more, airy buds
Yeah I feel you on that. I’ll probably clone both and let them run so I can really see how they finish, but I’m leaning toward the shorter pheno. If everything lines up, I’d like to pair it with a Sour Cream male just gotta find the right one that really stands out.
Went ahead and started defoliation and noticed a good amount of leaf twisting along with burn/brown spotting and yellowing on the tops. The Blucifers in particular are starting to stress, which explains the magnesium deficiency technically more of a magnesium lockout. Gave each plant 2 liters of pH’d water at 6.15 and raised the lights up to 30”. Will let them settle and continue defoliating the rest of the Blucifers once they recover
Gave each plant 2liters plain water PH at 6.2. The power was out for most of the day so the girls only got 3 hours of light yesterday..I’m just going to leave the rest of the blucifers alone…
About the same that I PH my water too 😎(6.1)
Watered each plant with 2 liters today. Fed 1/2 strength Grow Big, full strength Big Bloom, full strength Tiger Bloom, plus 1/2 strength Cal-Mag, Recharge, molasses, and a small pinch of Epsom salts. pH was set at 6.25.
The Blucifers are getting some green back but will just leave them alone for now.
Whoa
Your use of that space is masterful
Thanks 🙏 I try to keep a flat, even canopy and cut down on the leggy growth to get the most medicine out of the space.
Blucifers were looking a bit thirsty pretty sure they didn’t actually get the full 2 liters the other day. The garden sprayer loves to clog so those watering times weren’t exactly accurate anyway. A dry back after correcting the pH was probably the right move. I lifted each pot to check the weight then topped them off until I got a little runoff. Each one drank about a gallon, give or take. Set light intensity to 100%
Lowered the light to about 20”. Center PPFD is sitting around 900 with roughly 600 on the sides. Definitely won’t be packing them in this heavy next run though there’s just not enough room for my gimp ass to stay on top of keeping the bottoms cleaned up the whole way through 😅
Looking absolutely beautiful
Thank you.🙏The blucifers are still recovering but still showing some battle scars. The 8.5ph hurt them pretty hard plus I might’ve overfed thinking it was a magnesium deficiency so they’ve had a tough go. Eventually it’ll get dialed in lol
Hell yes thats a hard hit bro but you saved them and got them on the rite track the peel was a smart move and they look absolutely gorgeous but I would recommend going to the store and just get pure spring water and just give them that worm casting and bloom booster and that will get you rite and th biggest dense strong smelling buds ever
I think I’m done giving them nutrients other than the mild banana peel fertilizer that I’ll keep giving them over the next few weeks but I’m just going to let them fade out unless they tell me otherwise.
How close are you to harvest
4-6 weeks
Hell yea I can't wait to see ur final harvest
Watered the healthier cultivars with 2L of banana water, reassessed runoff EC, and will be leaching out each Blucifer. Adjusted the light cycle to 13/11
Your grows always look so nice man 🙏
Man, all I want is one smooth run with zero drama 😮💨 Instead of playing plant detective every week thinking it’s one thing when it’s actually another. No lazy moves if something feels off, it’s back to basics. Now I gotta fix my EC and push these Blucifers to week 11–12… eventually it’ll get dialed in🤙
pH was actually too low, so I used a little wood ash to bring it up. Not something I recommend, but it’s what I had and I know it works, just gotta be careful with it. Gelato and kush mints are looking like the nitrogen is starting to dump off so Fed only the Kush Mints, Gelato, and Godfather OG, and that should be their last feeding I think 😅 The Blucifers are still drinking what’s in the medium, so I’ll give them the same feed tomorrow. Hopefully no burn from buildup, but EC was low along with pH, so nutrient levels in the soil are kinda off from my own mistakes. Either helps them or hurts them, we’ll see.
On top of that, the Mars Hydro app’s been acting goofy. One side was higher than the other and neither light was actually hitting 100% even though the app said it was. Checked PPFD and the first app was throwing random numbers, but it also showed way too low PPFD, which could’ve been causing issues by itself. Downloaded a different app and it’s way more consistent now. Lights are at 30” and 100% intensity. Temps are 78° day and 65° night to start pulling out any color expression if they’ve got it 🤙
Good catch brother could of lost her she is to big beautiful and close to mess up now I been watching her grow
Yeah you got me thinking so I went back and checked everything. Turns out pH was low and EC was way low too. Hopefully the low pH didn’t mess with nutrient availability too bad so I don’t overload one thing when I feed, even with EC being low 🤷♂️ but we’ll see lol. Thank you for saying something.
How low was it running and i was atheist 5.8 ph u should be ok
For soil you want to be above 6.0
Toward the end of flower it’s common to increase the ph up to 7 in soil
Yes sir I am running living soil and I know I m sorry I thought u were in cococoir i mean Seven is ideal for living soil , people don't realize that 6.4 to 7.0 ph , is good
I've been in flowering before and had got down to 5.4 before but still ket pushing after a 1,2 change
Depends on the medium that’s for sure. Soil is more forgiving I think. Loving soil is the best way to go. I have living soil cooking up in the barn rn for the outdoor grow. I’d love to just throw a bed or two in this area and do a living soil set up. Just throw three in on a row every week or two weeks
Damn now that’s impressive.
Yes u r 100% correct bro i thught u were running something else i got yu confused with someone am running living soil i absolutely love it and my n oldest is 34 days today
Almost looks like coco from the roots taking over the whole pot is like a sponge plus using the garden sprayer hooked up to the sump pump is to much pressure so I may have been blasting the tops of the pots pushing the top soil on the sides. Now the square pots look like ovals😂
I think living soil is the future especially paired with vertical farming.
Hell yes I 100% agree with you I think it is going to be the future but you have to know what is what and how to mix it properly or you can hurt shunt or kill the plant
As long as you can catch it in the first day of PH level movement and get it rite fast the plant will slow down a day or 2 which will but ur harvest time back a day or 2 thats all
Yeah that I’ll have to do a deep dive on. I know the basics but need to learn more.
I’m surprised the other girls didn’t freak out only the blucifers. The gelato threw a couple twisted clawed leaves but kept pushing right along. Some of these strain are just resilient.
If you need help feel free to ask away
That's humidity issue causing that most of the time or ur fan is constantly blowing on it and not move
Yeah for sure. I’m following coots recipe plus adding biochar, insect frass and some redworms and castings.
The environment is pretty dialed in for what I got lol So I know that’s not an issue
The vpd stays at 1.45 during day and 1.2 during night
Slow down killer way to much going on at one time in. Small space you hav to calculate and measure ur stuff and its not always good to copy recipes cause most of the time they don't alway tell you everything you need. To know this i have come to find out on my own this is why I came up with my own recipes and ever since I got it rite I have not looked back at all
In the beginning he u think you have it rite its not i still get them from time to time or seedlings it could be light stress, humidity, temperature, wind, and it all has to do with strains
Yeah I have the recipe
Light stress might’ve been an issue the one app was throwing low readings so I moved the light closer come to find out it was wayyy to high. But the fans are in each corner with a gentle breeze a fan at the bottom pulling in fresh air and a fan at top pushing air out then I have a box fan hitting under and on the light. I can’t say to much about my clone area it’s at a humidity of 40 and they’re still rocking till I get a humidifier in there😅 but they’re gonna be goofy because of the reveg
Don't go off that in the app that is just a guild line its not totally accurate it gets ur close but as long as you run the rite temps and humidity for each grow stage u will be fine the start upper it's temps and humidity temps in the 80's humidity 70'sit's veg upper to mid 70's temps humidity mid 50's flower lower to mid 70'sthe humidity mid to upper 40's you follow these guild line u will be great
OK cool make sure your on point not to much or little or u will fight ur self
OK great sounds like ur doing good so far ur pretty dialed in and sorry for asking so much just trying to.help u learn more ur doing absolutely great
What do you think about mixing the spent ocean forest soil in with the mix?
Full send bro and are you using any liquid fertilizers please say ur not
No you’re good I appreciate it. Helps me out and makes me rethink some stuff.
I found the graph on VIVOSUN app is helpful when trying to dial in the temps and humidity. Might have way more up and down spikes than what I would get if I had proper equipment but it’s pretty steady with day and night through the week. The only thing is I’m using my lung room to control the grow so this colder weather will be making the temps change a bit but it doesn’t change the humidity much.
Close a vent half way on ur tent if you look at my grow room I took a spare room and made it to a grow room turn the 6x4x10 closet into a room with the sliver siding and floor with 3 and 1 carbon fan filter dumping back into the lung room oscillatring fan acefanmer 500eatts grow light humidifier and then in the lung room I a. Using g the big fan to circulate the air. And using the house A/C to control temperature and when I get home I open the main door and put a bit box fan to push fresh air into the lung room
Oh ok I am trying to help and some ppl ask questions then when u give them answers they bitch lol and ok if use need help feel free to ask
I built a 4x7 area with that white and black plastic from VIVOSUN. I keep the bottom vent open and leave the opening halfway to keep the humidity down I just make sure there’s no light on in the room. It’s goofy but it works. Atleast till I get my back fixed and can work again.
Hell yea thats awesome if I can help out let me know i can see what I can do to hel
Blucifer is putting off that old school Afghan musky sandalwood with a sweet tart twist. Coming from Doorstep a (Nigerian x afghan)Purple hues are coming in heavy, probably from the fade, but she’s shaping up to be light green with purple accents. Can’t wait to see how she smokes.
Kush Mints F2 #1 has a sweet minty citrus profile with dark green leaves with purple hues, longer internode spacing and bigger bud. No defoliation needed.
Kush Mints F2 #2 brings a sweet minty cookie dough smell with shorter internodes and heavier resin production.
Freakin awesome!
Looking great
Thank you. 🙏
Thank you.🙏
Is that the Blucifer from Irie Genetics ? Looks good
Yeah. One of Rasta Jeff’s babies
Gave Kush Mints, Gelato, and Godfather OG 2 liters each and watered the Blucifers with a full gallon to get everyone back on the same watering schedule. Raised the light to 30 inches, dropped PPFD a bit, but kept DLI at around 50 with a 13/11
Of course the Kush Mints buried in the back corner is gonna be the one ready next week so it’s probably getting chopped regardless since I’m running low and might be gone for the weekend grower priorities stay undefeated 😅Had a solid dry back so I hit each lady with about a gallon and a half of half strength Big Bloom plus molasses.
Dropped the light to 24” and bumping up to 14 hours increasing by 10 minutes a day.
Lookin frosty nice work !!@ hope all has been well much respect!
Thank you🙏
Gave most plants 2 liters of plain water. The taller Kush Mints Godfather OG Gelato and one Blucifer were chugging so they got closer to a gallon. Blucifers are starting to dense up real good I was low key worried they wasn’t going to dense up but they’re pushing the pistils now. Started my first cannabonsai today so we’ll see how that goes. Wet trimmed a couple branches of the kush mints that’s in the back so I can have some smoke. Turned out chunkier and denser than I thought.
Fed each girl a gallon of molasses water and now I’m over here mad at myself for not cloning that Gelato 😤 This run got it purpling up, stacking dense, and the candy terps hitting hard… Gave my buddy the other Gelato and it was his first time cloning so if they survive I might bring her back in rotation… or say screw it because I’m getting some Vortex F2 clones (Subcool genetics 😮💨). Mango candy terps might already have me covered on the sweets 🍭
Looking great as usual awsome job ! I finnaly ordered a light that can put out w that auto pot system I have ,itl be a nice upgrade from what I was using, the sfg1500 lol now I got the g4500 away or 2 away and can't wait .Finnaly a light that will work well for my set up I was having to use what I had becasue my older sf4500 is too old n hot n all almost all metal n heavy but just too much for the twnt I have and if it were a newer light it would ha e worked but it's so old n heavy n flickers sometimes,,, so I just use it for vegge ,,and had to use the lil 150 watt till now but so stoked.
Hell yeah man! It’s way easier being able to control the environment with the newer LEDs
Watered each plant with a gallon yesterday and harvested the small Kush Mints. The Blucifers are burning hopefully make it another two weeks. Godfather OG (first pic) is likely ready next week. Gelato (second and third pics) looks about two weeks out, and the big Kush Mints should be ready in about a week.
Nice canopy . Can’t wait to hear how that Blucifer smokes 👍
Me too. I’m definitely running Blucifer again first on the perpetual to see how she does without the stress
On Friday, before escaping to a cabin somewhere deep in the Appalachian Mountains, I gave each plant a little over a gallon of water. Everyone’s looking good for the most part and just riding it out at this point
The Kush Mints is getting a bit more time since she’s still pushing out new pistils. No rush just letting her finish up naturally
I did clip a small top nug off Blucifer to sample for this morning. Solid, heavy stoney effect. Flavor’s got a sandalwood vibe with a slight blueberry tart note on the inhale.
Gorgeous!
Thank you 🙏
Watered each plant about a gallon and a half of plain water.
Gelato is ready but she pushed out a lot more pistils so I’m giving her a few extra days to finish up.
Harvested one of the Blucifers and a few top buds that were ready. The rest will go a few more days. Planning to take the top half first and let the bottom finish a little longer.
Godfather OG is also ready but still throwing pistils so she’s getting a few more days too.
Chopped the big Kush Mints and already have some buds dried from a branch I tested.
Wow, that looks brilliant mate! I can imagine how good it smells
With the combination of all the plants I was smelling some straight funk close to that skunk smell but sweeter. Maybe a little to strong because I was getting smells outside😅
You've got some amazing looking buds, that one close to the center is a beast!
Did a dry back and watered both girls a gallon and a half of plain water. Will be doing a deep clean after the harvest that sprayer gets messy😳
Some bud porn first is Kush Mints and last is Blucifer… didn’t quite do Blucifer justice but it turned out denser and tastier than I thought. May have to go back through and trim any leaves left behind by the budtrimmer bowl.
Don’t mind the old tent😅 I’m still trying to figure out my new grow area. Might have an opportunity to build a big veg and flower area but if that doesn’t get sorted then it’s building the small one, buying a new tent or just run through flower with this ole girl one last time.
