hey mate, so your definitely in the veg stage and I’d recommend place your light at 100% power and raising it to 18in above canopy and letting it grow into the light as well as I’d start using a nutrient that has heavy nitrogen for rapid plant growth. My advice is get a ph and ppm/EC reader environment is everything.

thanks for the tips everything helps, so drop my light down 18 in above canopy I was trying to get the most out of the light by having it at the top of the tent I have given the plant some fish poop when I mix my soil I use happy frog but I mix compost I make, but I will give it a try and see how it works hopefully I'll some changes before vacation so fingers crossed

so they way it was put to me is light falling onto the plant is like rain drops from a cloud. if the cloud is to high the rain is light and scattered, if its to close it drowns everything, but right in between youll have the best coverage at the right volume

my light was at the top the tent but I went and moved it half way saw her perk back up I have turned my light to half way I think not to sure on that to be honest.

That should be about right for veg I keep mine around 40-70% depending on height from canopy. just read your plant every morning and night. she’ll tell you what she needs. feel free to message me if ya got any questions
