after the supports the new light and thr lst things are looking way better I do belive what I have here are autos but I found a holy grail feminized photo seed I started and it sprouted today il post a Pic of that tomorrow ! thank you for everyone who reached out and we're able to get to the bottom of my problem at hand. I know for next time that autos will always be placed in their final pot from germination you live and you learn thanks folks
first round of bloom nutrients for the auto flowers. that are in bloom and for the one that's still vegging I did a half portion of the 2 part grow fertilizer. so 4 mills for half a litre. as the soil was already pretty moist.
glad you are figuring things out! be careful watering/feeding if the soil is already moist (assuming you're in soil) oxygen is waaaay more important than any food. wait until the soil is dry and then water/feed. when you water give water until about 10% comes back out through the bottom of the pot. then wait again until the soil is dry, could be 2 days, could be 2 weeks, depends how thirsty she is.
im glad to know this is will wait for the soil to conpleatly dry out and iff there's any nutrient issues il do a flush and start over girls may not like it but im in no time crunch so il be happy to see the results after she recovers. but absolutely no water now until it's nice and dry.
side note can my auto flowers be fine under 18 and 6 ? I keep moving the l Dixie cup auto flower under another full spectrum plant light while my photoperiod sleeps but if I can avoid that it'd be ideal it's all just experiments anyways aha.
best way to see if you need to water is to feel the weight of the pot. next time it's due for water, pick it up and feel how light it is, then after you water pick it up again and you'll see how heavy it is. eventually you'll be able to just nudge the pot and you'll know if she's due for a drink

made some more room in the grow space today to and noticed we have bud formation! one still only has pre flowers so I am hoping it will get that last little bit of veg growth it needs. before. I switch over to phosphate oriented nutes. I noticed some yellow spotting on some of the fan leaves.near the top I believe this may be a cal deficiency so I picked up some cal mag. I was also messing around on the photone app today and was able to position my light and all my plants that are in flower. along with my seedling to they're specific needed par readings it's been so cool learning about ppfd and knowing where to postions your plants and light! I can't believe how helpfully this app alone has been for an ameture grower. !
did some cleaning up today installed some tomato racks. to help support branches and spread out so light can hit the under nodes hopfully even out these canopies!
never thought of using one. how inventive. throw some silica at them and it'll stiffen up those branches pretty quickly. pH of silica is really high. mix it first and pH the silica water mixture, then add nutes
is it a concentrated liquid?
no with silica if you are mixing up a gallon of nutes, you'd take your gallon of water and add silica (armour si, sil-tech few good brands) pH that mixture down to 6, then add your nutes to that gallon of water, then pH again to what your using *edit to add Google mixing order of nutes, a good video comes up showing what happens

I bought some of the square tomato cages. Havent tested them yet but its only $5 dollars at job lot on the east coast. Seeing theese in action is promising 👏. I have a few plants that are still too small for them but i will set them up when time is right. Nice post!
did a nutrient feed today for my girls in flower. and started a light nutrient regiment for the little girl I have her on 0.50 mil of part a sensi grow and 0.50 mil of part b for 250 mills of water.
the growth over the last few days is amazing I picked up a ph testing kit. and turns out my tap water is right at 6.5 ph. so I use my ph perfect fertilizers to make my feeds

yup. fellow grower and myself would do random contests in a solo cup. who can yield the most, fastest clone to flower, solo cup sog (never do that one again lol)

went in for a feed of water today took some smaller growth off the bottom that wasn't getting as much light to help fatten up some buds. turned the light off for a quick Pic and things are looking frosty. my holy grail seedling is growing super fast too ! stuck 2 of the clipping i took off in stim root and potting mix to see what happens stay tuned!

it comes quick man let me tell you that one it's fun to grow autos because of the fast flowering process this is my first closet grow i literaly had my plants with my wife's house plants on the shelves till I got my room setup id like to do my next round of autos trying your method of lst I may throw some more autos in once these harvest since im literaly just vegging my photoperiod until further notice. I am going to try get my hands on some strong genetic autos. these were just out of a random oz I baught online.

added molasses to help plant nutrient intake. did some defoliation and fed the girls today they seemed thirstier than ever I think next time il double the batch so il be giving them 2000 mils. of feed each time. here's some pictures of the swelling buds. their starting to smell really gassy. and looking frosty ! I believe thers 27 days left till harvest.
experimenting with a combonation of lights full spectrum led and 400 watt hps for flower. anyone have an insight on this ?

added some shallow trays of water to up the humidity. tweaking with this checkerboard setup is both inspiring and infuriating 😅 the girls are all swelling very nicely and my seedling seems to be doing just fine. aswell cheers all!
added small desk humidifier to enhance humidity re positioned fans to try to keep the hps lights heat off the canopies. overall I must say im impressed with how things are going for my first grow ! waiting for my soil to dry out before I hit em with another feed 💪

did some reorganizing along with so.e feeding today moving all the flowering plants. to the right side of the area under mostly the hps. while leaving my photos under my led on veg mode I had transplanted my holy grail to her final pot. today she looks nice and cozy ✨️ things are staring to look pretty uniform I must say
took some lights off pictures. today for you guys noticed some nutrient burn to the solo cup Cola so I flushed her with water then going to reduce the nutrient regimen for her. we also have a confirmed female holygrail !

I ordered a small cheap digital microscope that connects to my phone thru WiFi on Amazon. think they're like 20 to 30 bucks. they're not ultra high quality but gets the job done

posted a link to the one I ordered it was like 28 bucks. you can get better ones but it more then gets the job done. you can take video and photos with it, it connects to your phone via WiFi and displays everything right on your screen. can also connect it to laptops etc I believe

that's the one I have, or at least very similar. works pretty good. if you use a VPN on your device you'll have issues connecting it unless you temporarily turn your VPN off
yeah and don't try to send texts while you're connected to it or you'll be sitting there wondering why nothing is sending like I did the first time I used it lmao
alright growmies let me tell you how hard it is to take a 10x loop and try to zoom with your phone i sat there for a good 30 mins jist trying to stay still enough for it to focus. haha I orderd a digital microscope off Amazon as per one of the growmies recommendations as for now .. this is what we got ! enjoy! my back hates me lol 😅
cleaned up grow area put down a tray to help with the grow bags really pleased with how my first grow is turning out so far ! prepping for when I plant the next auto I have one girl in veg that I'm stressing out pretty hard. to create a bush ! you all are amazing and I love seeing everyone's grows keep up the great work!

got some bud boosters for the regimen and nutrients im using (advanced nutrients) the girls got big bud bud candy overdrive nirvana and b52! nothing but the best for my girls. I'm also introducing flawless finish. what a cocktail ontop of my base nutes. . hope it's worth it ! following formula and directions posted on their personal feeding chart.
my seeds came in the mail today I found a sale coupon to one of my local dispensers. 10 bucks for 1 seed and they sent three! I've got her germinating along with one of my bag seeds. (white truffle) getting prepped for these girls has me excited !
update holy grail seems to still be vegging i will continue to stress the living he'll out of her to see how she reacts. my puppy got in and "topped" a couple nodes for me but she's taking it like a champ
lol damn dogs my plants end up covered in random dog hair and they aren't even allowed in the basement. it clings to my clothing tho and then when I tend them it's so sticky it clings right to the buds. I end up picking so many hairs off the nugs during trimming lmao haven't had em try to eat them yet

picking up on @paulieponics approach with the ice flush let's see what colors we can get out of her flush is just watter and flawless finish from advanced nutrients.

it really depends on the strain but dome will give off nice flall colors to the leaves and. somtimes effect the bud
was gonna give it a shot on this grow but no room to make ice in the freezer lol plus couple mine already snowing decent colors will give it a try on a few plants in the next grow

idk yours is looking pretty on point 👉 👈... small but mighty!!! lol. quality over quantity anyday! I personally think hydroponics has the advantage, even though lots argue soil produces the best buds and best taste.
I plan on testing this theory out within a year. I got 2 5x5 tents and I’m working towards a build-a-soil 4x4 no till soil bed in one tent and a 6 plant hydro system in the other. Running clones from the same mother with all conditions the same outside of the grow medium. I’ve never run hydro before but traditionally I use the Gen Hydro flora series DTW in 70/30 coco/perlite and have always been really pleased with the results.

I love it!!! ❤️ I'm always paranoid about adding pests into my lung room... no soil allowed in there lol. if you stay tuned me and a local friend of mine are currently testing this theory ourselves... his 4x4 soil grows gave me hope that I could produce 1lb+ in a 4x4 tent, so I set mine up... when I was struggling at the beginning he gave me my GMO-OG from "premier cultivators" in a 1gal soil pot... so I soaked off the soil and added to the front right pot. He still has 1 of the exact same batch in his tent, he's about 2weeks behind me in flower... we cant wait to test them both out side by side.

holy grail kush that was my first grow! good stain easy to grow. just had to watch the powdery mildew
can anyone explain why these seeds. I got from an oz from a online dispensary they have been under either full spectrum or normal hoods with normal bulbs. constant 24 light cycle with no dark and the smallest one in the Dixie cup has just exploded with preflowers and is gone full into flower. I have now switched the light cycle. for my 2 larger plants to strict 18 and 6 to try to keep them in veg but can anyone explain to me what happend with the Dixie cup? also the one In the Dixie cup is still under constant 24 hr full spectrum light as an. experiment to see what happens. update picked up a new heavy duty full spectrum and compleatly set up my closet space for veg. and bloom
only things I can think of are either auto or 'fast' genetics somewhere in the gene pool, or something really stressed it out so it said oh crap I'm dying let me reproduce. just guessing though

I suposse il just leaving g in the solo and throw in in there the girls on the 18 and 6 and see how it does. if it's auto it won't matter haha. but I've seen some pretty big photos come from a solo cup that's why I now now it's an auto strain than you for taking the time to comment and reply!
