I don't train until I top it, then I start LST. I do that si I can see which way the nodes are going to split. You want the nodes to go to the sides, not up and down 😉

Top her first and let the side branches catch up then start your LST. Another option is to tie the main stem to one side of the pot top it and once it grows back up tie it down to the opposite side. The main goal is keeping all the tops at the same height so the auxins are evenly distributed. Once you’ve got 8–10 solid tops she’s ready to rock.🤘

As long as plant is tall enough to tie to & bend . Just be gentle & use something that is soft that it won’t tear into the stem . Good to use the bags that have the grommets at top edges . U can also use the LST clips to bend branches to 90 degrees . Good luck
I would wait for a little more length, like maybe a day or two. I agree with the 90° clips, when the branch is long enough for the clip is a easy indicator.

One of my plants I used a bud clip that had a hole in it and I tied to that and then to my container Some use ground stakes it's really up to the grower when he does it based on length I was actually watching a u tube videos on this when I lay it down the hormones go to all the tips instead of one the plant is always going to try to evsn the canopy but it will put hormones to each shoot laying down instead of just one Another thing too if that's a auto don't be alarmed if it goes into flower within 30 days

It's thirsty for starters .try buying some stash or recharge or buy a bag of earth worm casting and top dress with that
When your leafs sag like that that means it's either thirsty or to much water looks dry so I'm guessing not enough water

Do have cal mag and silca.at some point u will need cal mag .and I going to need something with more than 2% magnesium.so I found a good cal mag it's dry but big cahunna makes a good cal mag if your leafs get light in color you'll need that it strengthen stems and plant cell Silca big-time strengthen your plant cell walls if I have the right one u won't need a trellis net .I'll look up the right silca
It's called si tech a good Silca I get everything from Amazon To look up Silca on Amazon u punch in Silca fertilizer but yes when u get some buds on there them branches will need to be strong .unless the fertilizer I using has wolsinite in it .that's another good silca
