Same happened to mines from royal queen seeds nearing the end of flower. Possibly a genetic issue. Not sure.

She has a potassium deficiency, can be caused by a couple of things. Ph, salt build up, nutrient imbalance or not enough potassium. Also you are watering too much. Brown perlite is not a good sign.
