I was wondering if anyone could help me out, I'm trying to figure out if the 200watt lumalight is sufficient for a 2×4 tent any info is appreciated!

Check the instruction manual on the lights, or even the pictures in the description they tell you the ppfd and the approach distances and the coverage depending on flower or veg, etc. That’s what I’ve been doing to research my next light purchase.

Agreed. I have the 300w TSL2000 mars hydro and it’s perfect for a 2x4.
They have a new high output light bar that better than the standard 300 watt but shzlux has some great lights for cheap to that's another company to look at 350$ for a 800 watt
The 200 watt lumalight is perfectly designed to fit that tent. Hell yea dawg let’s grow 🌱👌

I personally use 4 70 watt melomfarmer/ viperspectra p700. For a two by two sideways that's been raised with a open face. Poor man's 4x4 since I got greedy and kept popping seeds while stuff was in veg

Up till 2am making sure environment was stable,dont have everything i need to hook my humidifier and circulation fans to my e24a grow hub controller.one end of the humidifier cord is type c and other is usb b and fans are both usb b. but I'm making it work for now.any suggestions are welcome. Oh I used fox farm ocean forest soil with a teaspoon of growdots mixed in evenly throughout soil. On 18 off 6
Had dome on both until they popped up.humidity is at 84% temp between 79 to 82 haven't watered any more probably going to wait another day or two and check the soil.overall things are going good so far. I love it!😄
My cap junky had the membrane still stuck holding her closed after she came up so I kept the dome on over night and when I did my morning check she was good! Now I'm just checkin the soil and checking the plants.
Peeked in on em before work and I'm seeing second leaves developing. I think from the looks of it they are happy been keeping the environment at about 80°F and at 74% to 78% humidity. Light strength at 39% at 27 inches from canopy. Do I have it right?
I have my light at 28 inches and its on 50%. Is that good or should I have the light closer to 24 inches.

Get you a PPFD meter or a phone app though I don’t know how reliable that is but you’ll want to stay around 100-300 during the seedling stage then 300-500 in early veg.
Topped off cup with soil, watered each with a micro dose of recharge.1/8 tsp recharge 80ml spring water. Around 35ml each didn't wanna over do it.when should they get their first good watering? After transplant to 5 gal. Thanks.

I was worried about this with my autos. Kept transferring even though the Internet says not two and honestly there good. Three times transfered with myhcoriza and kept adding more 70 watt led boards. Had three harbor freight leds that are basically for seed starting or putting right onto a clone chamber
I would asap. In my experience Autos are fine to transplant, just be gentle and do it little early than you normally would. Yes you always run the risk of shocking it but imo reward of up potting outweighs it
Yes u right most don't transplant autos cause they go into flower within 30 days . chances are if u do transplant them they only grow 2 ft tall if u lucky .I start them right in the pot I finish with .will this work yes but people tell me they have better results this way I guess time will tell .and I do use micrizal when I transplant and after a cpl weeks I use humic acids.if u not getting the results u after id try photos .so far I'm not that impressed with autos personally I think a new person should start with photos so they get used to time changes and how important light leaks can be . Idk these just my opinions .
These ladies are both photo at about 2 weeks in seedling stage. Im probably going to transplant tonight they are looking healthy and i want them to keep getting bigger.

Lol all good the first thing I posted on this app was a northern lights auto that I was growing in my closet but I wanted to do photos for my first grow in my new tent.
Im use to germination and put em in a bucket and under the sun. so I appreciate the info just wanna make sure what I'm doing is the right thing. Definitely addicted to growing and this tent is freaking awesome.

Woohoo! Out of them solo cups and into their permanent pot. Happy that everything so far has gone pretty smoothly and seems like the plants are happy as well. Watered them with 2 cups each with recharge the help with any stress from transplant and hopefully in a day or so we will see more progress.this is pure therapy I love it!

Yeah tbh. When I opened this bag of trueliving dg brand soil "lol" I seen one an smashed that bitch right away haven't seen any since 🤞but Im wondering if soil had em cause Ive heard it's a problem with that soil?!??! An wanted to know forsure

I dont know if anyone has any ideas but looks like something was eating on the bottom leaf of my fruity pebbles. The only critters I have seen in this fox farm ocean forest is the little soil mites. What could be doing this and what do I do. Has anyone else had this happen while using the foxfarm soil!but other than that they look healthy just switched lights to the veg spectrum and adjusting the environment slowly for the veg stage to begin! Try using mosquito bits or dunks (have to be crushed) & add it to watering & that will get rid of the fungus gnats . Can be quite a few different pests that underneath the leaves . Check for russet mites , spider mites . Are they flying ? Use a magnifying glass to get better look .
Important to have IPM schedule once a week & rotate your pest spray or they will get use to it & only spray at lights out . I like to add a spreader sticker to my sprays to make sure the product sticks to leaves & not drip off . I can also add drop of dish soap to spray . Get under all the leaves
Thank you all for the help I found out what happened and I can't really get rid of this pest. Turns out it must have been me either while giving water or something.found the small piece of leaf laying on the floor of my tent so yea. What a dummy!lol I at least feel better I know what it was.just keep growing on!
This exact same shape was cut into one of my leaves, and turns out it was literally just me accidentally tearing it when watering 😅 probably the same thing that happened here

Looks good. U can use less of the nutrients if u seeing nutrient burn . Always use less then the bottle says , companies want u to go thru bottle quickly so u buy more . U can always add more of u have to

The way things have been going I'm loving it. Haven't seen any sign of any deficiency's and they are both growing good with nice thick strong stems and branches.grow dots +recharge 1 aweek
Was just peeking in the tent filling humidifier and admiring the girls and i seen a very small set of leaves growing in an awkward spot. Pretty cool though.
Maybe its the plant's version of a beauty mark lol. Could be a sign if something good🤔🤷🏽♂️. Gotta admit im a tad bit curious. Time will tell.

If your side branches are taller than the top, you’re doing it right. It’s all about steering those auxins to the spots you want to take off.

Oh yeah I added two gnat traps. I seen one fungus gnat but I squished his ass! Hopefully thats it for them but I doubt it. Gonna keep an eye out!happy growing.

Everything's looking good plants are growing and healthy. Applying ipm tomorrow to combat a few fungus gnats that have shown up.

Performed actiontype.watering, also trimmed a few leaves and a couple small branches that were way under there, and I figured what the hell i might as well try my hand at some cloning so I've got one attempt at a clone in my tent now too. Hopefully with me painting the dome whit it will diffuse the light enough not to burn the little guy. Fingers crossed. I checked it this morning and it still looked fine so I misted the clipping and the dome and off to work! Happy growing everyone.

Yesterday cap junky was showing sign of i think over Watering. Downward curl but soft to the touch, no burnt tips or anything else to tell me any different so I'm gonna try and be smart about this keyword(try) and let her dry out a day and see how it goes. There is improvement from overnight but there is still a little curl.canna gods have mercy on me lol. But I think everything is good just another bump in the road! Happy Growing everyone.(update) looks like i have made the right decision cap junky back looking like herself again!!! Whewww!🌳
Checked on them this morning and cap junkys leaves were clawing again. Hopefully by the end of the week we will be back on the ball!

Light stress and u need to get a soil meter best thing i ever got
Idk if it's light stress they are getting right under or right at 600 ppfd and the light is at 18 inches above canopy. I've still got her chilling for now to sold meter I have says that it's still moist so hopefully she will shake this off. And I did notice that the leaves that are showing sign of stress are on the very bottom branches. Don't know if that's an indicator for something or not.tganks for the help
OK download photone app and then hit me up it give u a ppfd reading but u have to use paper to get the rite number and yes it does work I love it ever since I got it my plants are taking off as u cn tell
Yeah that's what I use. I'm getting a reading of about 605 in the center of my grow and about 415 to 400 around the outside.

I bought another soil tester and looks like under watering so I gave em some recharge and things are looking up
I usually rotate my pots every other day
Watered each plant with about 1 liter of water ph 6.8. Reduced rh from 65 to 60 and gradually decreasing until i get it around 45%. Moved my light down to 15 inches above canopy, receiving about 750 ppfd and will gradually dial up my light until I get it around 900 ppfd.gonna need to get another fan for below the canopy as well. Don't want any micr climates in here!

Performed actiontype.watering popped in the tent this morning before work and it might just be me but these girls are looking pretty darn good. Gave a little over a liter of water to cap junky, fruity pebbles was still somewhat moist so I just gave her a little drink.

How did you get your side lighting to stay? My tent, when the fan gets going it sucks in the sides and pops them off.

Performed actiontype.watering i had to do some pruning on my girls just to open up for air and light, plus fruity pebbles was growing stuff everywhere.but now they should be pretty good from here on. And while I was doing that I noticed the first pistils coming out of both plants!

So now I will spend the rest of this grow searching and clipping off any sign of pollen sacs. Hopefully I can keep up!wish me luck!

Watered both plants1.5L got stuck in my tent just looking at the plants for 45 min some of the pistils are already turning a light shade of orange in some spots on both cap junky and the fruity pebbles. So freaking awesome!!
PPFD is at about 1000. Oh and ive also got a Bruce banner that I cloned from my buddy's grow and just decided to let it go into flower with the rest of em.
Temperature, I think im good now got my circulation fans at the bottom my ocilating fan up top, got my new G4500 light from spider farmer and my newest addition...I got the aero flux heater. Time to fine tune things a little more!!

Water, these girls are fattening up and im starting to see pistils changing from white to a nice light orange, they are also developing tricomes and a very nice smell lol.
What ppfd or l uc are you running at what hight and what type of light
I'm running about 950 ppfd with a spider farmer g4500 I just moved the light up another 2 inches up to 14 inches above canopy.the first half of my grow i was using the vivosun 200watt luma light but I wanted to get better coverage so I got the g4500.
Water half gallon per plant.fruity pebbles hermed on me but ive only seen and removed about 10 pollen sacs so im going to keep an eye on her and just let them keep chugging along.

Oh ok I got mine from North Atlantic, but I think all fruity pebbles are gonna be a drama queen to stress when they go into flower and if there’s anything that stresses them out based off my research, so next time, I’m gonna make sure I get some stable genetics. I mean every plant has a chance of growing pollen sacks. It’s just some or worse than others when it comes to being a little bitch to stress

And I had to put a lock on my lung room door, ive got a teenager that has sticky fingers so im not gonna let him get them any more sticky than they already are!recoverd two small branches he snagged now just trying to dry it slowly which is hard because its dry as hell. Well I harvested and dried my plants for 7 almost 8 days and now its all in jars curing. We will see how it goes. Gonna burp jars twice daily for the first week and go from there. Thanks to everyone who helped me thru this first grow! Freaking awesome I got 4 jars of cap junky and 3 of fruity pebbles. Haven't weighed it yet but will update with final weight totals.happy growing i think ill start germination tonight probably going to go with the lsd25 auto from 42fastbuds.super excited for that! Started germination on gorilla cookies auto and lsd auto from 42fast buds. I can't get enough of it! I LOVE GROWING CANNABIS!as soon as I chopped my girls i felt weird kinda sad lol but soon as I started these beans im back happy again can't wait to start fine tuning my growing skills and watch this beautiful plant do its thing! Yeah I know the feeling... I went with 3 and seems pretty chill for my first time I like hands on training helps me comprehend faster, mistakes are meant to be made as long as we learn from them
