hello Growmies , so I need some advice, poped seeds into pots after being in water for 24 hours (all 3 sank) lady white widow popped 2 days ago , sour diesel (auto) poped 1 day ago, but lil oll jack H here has not even burst grou d. is it normal or should i worry any feedback would be amazing 👏 thanks 😊

my chemdog was up with leaves like your other ones at day 6 when I plated directly to soil. if nothing has happened it could be the seed didn't take or it was buried a bit to low and is having a hard time making its way up through the soil. I like the paper towel method because then you can plant it in soil when the tap root is already about a half inch long or so and leave just the head of the seed exposed just a bit and mist the heck out of it every day or so. that works every single time for me so far. took mine anywhere from 3-5 days in papertowel to get a tap root long enough then in just 24 hours after putting that in soil the head will start raising out of the soil and it will drop its helmet or seed cap off.

good day all, so this was my first attempt when i had a very poor light and ended up moving them to the sun for natural light. both autos but because they where under low light for about a month from sprouting to moving outside. they kind of paused. now my next question, they seem to be doing nice but time is ticking , they where planted on the 26th sept, should i let them just chill, or should i move them into my tent as you all have seen, just curious or just leave them and move them with the sun as i have been. I know they will be small i guess but dont want to loose hope. some advice or critiques would be great thanks 😊

try 28 degrees and 80% humidity at this age they get water from the air. roots are not developed enough.
ah that sucks I'd go ten an the pull it real easily or jus try an look if it germed. or maybe soil too compact

I'm only on my second grow, but I dropped them in water for around 24 hours, and then put on a wet paper towel in a folded sandwich bag to hold humidity, until the taproot emerges. Then I plant taproot down and they come out in a couple of days. Just keep them damp, dark and humid while germinating. There's different ways, but so far this has worked for me.

i set the veg state when the first 2 pairs of leaves formed and they get the Photosynthesis from the leaves. it occurs after 2-3 Weeks. your plants are looking good. how old are they?
great to hear they are today 14 days old. from seed to pot. so silly question would you say they are pre veg until the second set of 3 fan leaves comes out? TIA
jeah i handle it like u described. in the first 3 weeks they get everything from the soil. after they build the big leaves they start photosyn. and get the energy from the leaves. its kimd of a flowing thing. they will be in veg this week i think. just watch and u do't have to do anything when switching to veg
u stay at the 18/6 light circle until u want to flower if its photoperiodic

Recieved additional light to my setup great PPFD coverage 👌 plants looking healthy new seedling is taking its time to develop, but slowly seeing signs of growth 😀 auto loves her LST and opening up so many nodes!! WW shooting nodes out looking great very happy with the progress. Happy Grower!! first grow and feeling great and confident 😌
ladies looking lovely, i took the two autos that was outdoors. added fresh soil to them and cleaned up the pots and brought them into the grow tent. one is such a amazing grow as she went from dim lights to outdoor Cpt wind blowing her and still budding like a beauty. then we have wite widow auto that also made it to the tent , she looked like she was not moving and about 4 days ago she started flowering and growing so moved her into the tent to, now we have a full tent on first grow . lets hope we reap the rewards, also little miss laidback lincoln is a slow grower she is in week two now since popping from the ground. she is starting to slowly form her first leaves but still verry smal to rhe eye. okay thats the update growmies 🫡🖖
ww did some lst got her ready for final two weeks before flipping to flower, sour diesel auto doing damn fine, trimmed two fan leaves at the top and opened her up to more light very happy first time grower, did not know how fast and adaptive this plant is. sooo amazing 👏 🤩

no problem anything give it a day or 2 see if she wants it or not
food in soil can last 3-5 weeks & always start out with low dose . go 1/4 strength of recommend dose . u can always add more . best to learn to read the plant so u know when to feed
thanks for the info i also mesured the ppm of the run of and it was sitting at 830 x10 ppm not to sure what that means but yes thats what it said. so i think ill wait for my plant to show deficiency before i start using my bio bizz
you have plenty of food in your soil, I wouldn’t feed but I would try to lower your ph a bit, the new yellow growth means micronutrients are being locked out. If you can increase your light. they need more light. don’t trust the runoff data of soil it won’t be accurate. you will cause more problems that aren’t there by using soil runoff data 👊

always use little less then the manufacturer says . I can always add more . they want u to use full dose so u buy more nutrients. if using bottle nutrient there is a mixing order or the chemicals wont react & will cause deficiencies. silica mixed first & wait 5 minutes before adding cal mag then base nutrients & any additives after , microbes always last & after u ph up or down
so no nutes added just light lst and defoliation on the auto only two leaves, im going to use bio bizz tri pack. pre mixed but will only start when i see in a week or two when she shows me she needs it
I’m not to familiar with bio bizz products. I been using Advanced nutrients for last 25 years with some organics in soil mix . u should be ok , best to learn to read what the plant needs & u will be able to adjust . as long as u keep mix light especially with most autos, they very finicky & no room for any errors
thanks for the info also realized not a fan of autos as they so finicky so next grow will only go with fem seeds like the white widow shes hardy and grows like crazy not a soft plant at all.

i have noticed that to as im one of them in my mind i thought it was a plant and let it be but also lack of knowledge id say now that i see the difference between by auto and fem i will manly just do photo plants, when i get a second tent ill grow another auto my next groe will be amnezia haze (fem ) and also have a ak 47 seed but its a auto so will pop it and see, but im sure ill get a second flower tent before next grow 😅 addicted to the process
autos can be good for people who like to do perpetual harvest . fem seeds gotten better over the years with better fem techniques. use to very unstable & we would only run regular seeds for longest time
trimmed the ladies , they looking great white widow fem is looking amazing and light on all nodes that needs it. verry happy with first grow progress going to flip to flower end of week 6

auto flowes has nice pistols sour diesel going along just fine, White widow fem she is looking o so good, nice new flower sites growing and she has had zero nutes as yet, freedom farm classic mix. going to flip to flower in about one and half week plus minus. overall looking right on track. PS tiny plant was my first wver try to grow in my first cuboard setup amd yet this little auto flowr has gone beyond she is almost ready to be dried.🤩🤩

honestly have no idea, light is light. if its blurple or more white light. just ensure it gives of enough light, hut then again also a newby, i have two diffrent lights hanging side by side. alao the photos make it look alot more purple then with the naked eye. 🫡 but i also wondered as you get all these fancy expensive lights. but so far all good.
well, the plants look super healthy for sure, so those lights are definitely doing something right. I might have to check em out at some point
autos are autoing just fine, and photogenic is getting fuller every day. will be flipping to flower next week and start with nutrition. very happy to see anyone can do it, i do not have a green thumb and I feel im accomplishing alot and learning everyday about this beautiful plant

Did some clean up at the bottom of sour diesel to get more airflow going , all looking happy, started adding bio bizz grow to white widow she started showing slight signs of yellowing in center of the fan leaves. So hoping it will be sorted. She is growing so lush cant wait to see what she does in the next week before flipping🙂
Did a bit more Defoil on white widow going to repot her in a bigger pot today, feels she needs space, autos doing great Sour diesel got it first little bit of nutes and she is happy as ever lets see what happens by end of week.
Started germinating ak47 auto and amnezia haze photo.letting them soak in water for 24 hours and then paper towel method. Ladies are looking so good in about a week or two i will send all the autos and photo to my flower tent about 75% setup and got a Germination/clone tent going. We starting to get real 🤩🤣
So ladies are looking well and happy enjoying the new light , added a humidifier fan in the room to fet temps a bit lower and humidity up. White widow (photo ) is creating a lovley canopy . Will send to flower tent on Thursday. Autos are autoing just well. Sour diesel starting to get nice tricombs on sugar leaves. And little white widow auto is getting fuller by the day.
Flipped to flower today. The ladies had a bit of ride stugled to get the temp under c9ntrol as bigger tent has extra light but about 3 degreed Celsius higher at about 31 and got the aircon in dropped temps. Awaiting to see how thr temp looks tomorrow. Man new tent setup change the whole game.😅
Got the temp and humidaty under control lights are lighting we hitting about 550 ppfd on the ladies. Glad i could finally upload a video thanks for the update @admin😃
Ps new pips pipped will give update on them tomorrow. Getting the hang of humidaty chamber paper towel method works 100% now so new hit ratio 2/2 🤌🤌

Gave about 0.5ml of top max and bloom (bio bizz) to the flowering ladies. Ensured to get some run off of big mama. Nee beans arelooking great . The heat is currently hitting a bit so humidaty fluctuations

Week one for the flower part of the white widow. Both autos are looking good sour diesel is really getting full. I think she is about week 3 of flower only. (Small white pot) cant wait for her to finish ‼️‼️
All looking well did light defoil on white widow. She started making pistols so we in flower mode baby!!! Sour diesel and white widow auto is looking great getting thick and smelly. New beans are looking just fine love how easy it becomes after getting the hang of it all😁
Added another netting over white widow, she startrd to flower. Ensuring a strong enough base and enough room to space. Overall happy first time grower, also not trying to bring the heat down to much as it is verry hot currently in SA so making sure they dont get toooo comfortable ensuring a strong plant.

Added one more light to veg tent to ensure not so baby anymore (amnesia haze) and (ak 47)auto, she already shooting that ak with pistols fast grower, then amnesia haze is doing amazing had to defoil a bit to open her nodes. Then our sour diesel almost harvest time just waiting on a little more pistol shrink and amber to appear. So lets say prop still on track to harvest the 15th jan. Whooohooo happy grower 😊
So i added perlite to the two new babies in veg tent botom of the pots hoping the auto did not go through to much shock as i had to pick it up and place back. And then in flower tent also auto watering system (auque value 5) added hemp rope to the bottom of the pot hoping it would work and draw the water up . If anyone has some advice talk to me. Let me know if it will work or what whould you growmies say?
We are getting closer to harvest on sour diesel she is starting to show signs of pulling nutes from leaves and tricombs are getting more milky starting to se a little abmber here and there. White widow got her nutes today . Amnezia haze is recovered from pot lift. And ak 47 auto looks to be doning good also after pot lift to add volcano rock balls. Or what ever you call them.
Did not do much did upgrade the extraction fan in veg tent . Auto watering system working amazing loving it. And cant believe it was so cheap to setup. Will highly recomend the easy 2 go kit from autopot.
What are thise pumps you have sitting in your water reservoirs.? Looks like an aerator but I dont see bubbles. Im curious. I also like how nice and clean your set up is

Just did some lst pulled ut down and oppe d the nodes as she grew out. Doing it with all my autos now works amazing to get nice light penetrstion. I can it the scorpion 🦂 cuz they look like em from the front🤣

My last grow scared me cause I was doing some lst and snapped a branch off 😭 but I tied it back on and it grew back on and actually ended up being my biggest fattest branch lol. But I didn't do any more training after that 🤣

Nah they tough bro. I do lst on my autos from like two weeks and trhn evety other day just gentle hands and garden wire . I pull the main node down to a 90° angle and then only snip the fist nodes first true leave then i let then nodes out and pul them to the sides. Yiu will se the ak 47 in the front had the same shape but is only week 5 now so you can see how i open her up 👌🦂
We are nearly there Growmies!! Sour diesel has the best smell nice dence thicc buds. Colours changing on the leaves and seeing how last nutrition is being pulled. Next up on the left Anmesia haze is doing amazing starting to get the nodes for the clones!!! On the right Auto flower ak 47 is shooting like mad the past 24 hours. Then over to the flower tent well gosh have a look at those buds on theat white widow she is blooming beautifully.

So took the top section of the amnezia has cut off just before. The first two jodes on the top branches. So lets see if we can get clones on the first try. Not alot of hope but hoping to learn from it. Leaving the clones for 3 days before checking on them to keep humidaty nice and high for the little clones. So if we get them to root its a bonus
Overall week 6 i think we are in now she is producing amazing buds thick buds filled with tricombs fan leaves turning to sugar leaves in so many words. Very happy with this big girl for my first grow. Also sour diesel im on tricomb duty so to speak to see when i reach that 10%-15% amber . Hmmm next on the line ask 47 shooting beautiful buds she is now week 5 i believe. And Amnesia haze (clones looking good , one looks a bit weak but the other looks like it might just be taking. Day 2 burping only 5 seconds a day. Nice and warm and humid in the germenation enclosure. Will keep you growmies in the look as they go along.

It's amazing whats happened to new growers there able to grow nice plants with there first one .that's do to the old timers getting the genetics down and places selling tents your able to dial in the environment easily .I'd get yourself a margarijuna jewlers loupe for when it's about done so u can look at tricomes to get 10% amber good growing gromie .just inbox someone if u need some help figuring out what a jewlers loupe is but if u punch it in like that go to Amazon There actually pretty cheap under 20$

No problem be patient waiting for that amber and when u get close check twice a day .my last one done was fine in the morning tricomes check I said I'll give it one more day . something told me 8 hrs later to check it .and I was 15% by 8 hrs later so it can happen real quick

Yes very nice for first grow .sour. D sopose to be a tuffer grow .I'd check them tricomes every 8 hrs that can change fast .I went from waiting till tomorrow one grow .and for some od reason I checked it 8 hrs later and it was done so don't be afraid to check 2 times a day .well done

So next to the finish line would be white widow and ak 47. Ak 47 is only week 5 and buds all over. White widow is getting thicker and more frosty by the day, then first try at clones. The first two i took and cut leave tips look like the getting stronger. Then second batch no tips cut and starting to stand up straight. So let us hope they take . First time clone run.
She had a rough start but finished like a champ!!!!! Great journey and growing growmie!! One luv

White widow looking more frosty by rhe days the frost is about 2mm thick on the fan leaves, took the loup and say we are starting to turn milky so not to long then its her turn to be harvested prob 2 more weeks id say, then ak47 is going mad she is shooting thick buds and buffing up loving this auto. Also trimmed mother amnesia haze back, and then we have sour diesel hanging and being happy going to atart curing mid week next week.

Lol thanks yeah i did check it was weird it was not to hot but as she flowered at the end they curled up and got super frosty so i think it might be a trait. Where it curles up it has thick tricombs on the curled edges
So i harvested the white widow. Wanted to leave her another week or so but had no choice so saw wpm on some leaves and treated it the padt two days saw few more spored grabed the loup saw we where at about 8% amber and i harvested her and washer her each brach in a 3 tub system , luke warm water with bicarb soda and lemon juice fresh squeezed. Then second bucket was just luke water to rinse. And last bucked was cold water final rinse. Left them overnight they are nice and no more water buds nice and juicy sticky and great result in my opinion as it was first time and i think it went great . Did a wet trim to ensure no spores can be trapped in the bud or hide in leaves so here are some pics. Also left 3 fans on in flower tent to ensure all wayer got evaporated so i dont get any furthe rmold problems. Happy to say this grow is done. 17 weeks and alot was learned. Thanks all for the journey. Love all you growmies. Ps cant wait to get the clones running. They starting to get happy 😊
