no... I've grown a couple other times... but I'm a newbie...a stubborn newbie! lol
so I thought I flipped her a couple weeks ago but I didn't accrual flip the switch! lol. so I think I've been vegging 24 hours a day... wandering if I should let it go 18/6 a few days before u flip her? Any suggestions appreciated!
I would recommend to start lowering your time in increments. also before you flip you may want to flush her, she looks like she is going into nitrogen toxicity, your VPD is off as well, your new growth suggests it’s too hot and dry for them. the leaves are curling up. 👍

defoliated about 20 percent of the plant... all lower leaves....3 days ago.
Yes, remove more of the bigger leaves. Not all but about 40-50%

I pruned her... but didn't take that into consideration when I fed her. I think i over fed her and burnt her up. I'm just using water and molasses right now... then will adjust the feedings. any advice always welcome! I'm also working on temp control.
oooohhhhfffff 😔. I've never had pruning effect feed rate. you're 100% sure you mixed nutes to correct ratio? I only ask because I mess that up all the time. 'ah crap how much did I just add? damn gotta start over' lol I'm a scatter brain. what is your run off EC?
I don't measure runoff 😔. I've been super lucky without having to.... until now. but I've never fed this much during a grow either. in my mind... I'm thinking less greenery thus less of a feeding! but I'm gonna let her dry out for a couple days and hopefully she will bounce back.... once again.... suggestions welcome, even though I know that's hard with his little information, as I have.
decided to check on her... Even though I was trying to do 3 days of darkness, I noticed all of this new growth. So I decided to give her some more growth nutrients, water her one more time and go from there.

I have been feeding general hydroponics...per the label about twice a week.
I don't monitor ph or humidity... currently... but I've been feeding general hydroponics flora grow, bloom, and micro per the label... twice a week. I flushed last night and today the leaf edges are even more yellow.
get ur ph right. ur not feeding enough to cause lock out I don’t think.

invest in a good PH pen & ppm & ec meters . very important tool for growing .
can you recommend a good one?
it all depends on your budget . I had blue lab pens & ac infinity pens in past . I got this meter called YINMIK meter . was around $40 on amazon . I did a comparison with a friend of mines $150 blue lab & the YINMIK was the same & cheaper .
it works on WiFi app . it already comes calibrated & u use it in liquids . also can tell u the soil PH & if soil is fertile & if soil is wet or dry . I like it & I bend growing since the 1980’s . check it out on Amazon might be a little more now with the tariffs
