As long as you were careful, I’ve transplanted early like that before and everything was fine. I wouldn’t make a habit of it if I were you though.

Dont even bother with transplanting next time unless you actually want to see the root coming out of the seed for whatever reasons. There is q or 2 reasons some people prefer it but its not necessary. You can just put your seed Directly into its permanent home. Just keep a dome of some kind over top the seed to lock in that needed humidity to get the seed to pop. Keep the dome for at least a week unless you can keep your environment at 70-80% humidity which is crucial for that first week or two ( timing varies by strain). 😉💨💨
