Temperature problems
I need help with insulting my future plants, I'm growing In a basement and with the lamp turned on it's at 18° will a plastic foam box insulated with thick foil keep in enough heat to save the roots and allow my plant to grow? What would y'all do in this situation, the seed is already germinated so I have around 7 days to set it all up for now it will stay in my apartment where it's nice and warm.

They sprouted!!
I was so worried about the seeds not even sprouting since it's really cold where I'm at, I barely got the temperature up to 21° Celsius and one seed didn't even show a tail after 3 days of germination. Thankfully both of them sproyted with only a day of difference.

After the foam boards plastic and the light in there it should be okay but you may need a heater to bring it up to 80 for veg. Using a heater will also suck the humidity out so you’ll probably need to use a humidifier if using a heater.
