I'm wondering if I was sold photoperiod seeds instead of autoflower.
too early to tell but if that's 5 weeks old it's pretty tiny for either photo or auto. last autos I grew by 5 weeks they were starting to transition to flower noticeably so might be photoperiod you have there

yeah I'd keep it under an 18/6 light schedule until it's big enough to switch to flower then change lighting to 12/12 and you'll know for sure then lol if it starts to show signs of sex before changing light cycle it's an auto if it shows once on 12/12 it's photo for sure

That's what I'm going to do. If they really did send me Northern Lights auto I'm about to see the world's smallest flower. 🤣🤣

you can flip to 12/12 now. and that would solve your winter problem. it won't flower until it's mature enough to do so. however that won't solve your world smallest flower problem...😂

transplanted my second plant. Both are Northern Lights auto from Royal Queen Seeds. Sprouted 6 and 1 week ago. Now we'll see if I've learned anything. First plant is RQS i-Grow can, their first time growers kit. Second plant is in a 3 gallon cloth pot with Fox Farms Coco-Loco soil. I'm also looking for opinions on misting seedling leaves. yes or no, if yes then how often is ok ?
I mist if humidity is lower than 50% for the first week or so. But I built domes that can be adjusted. and only use them for the first week.

I swear I did just about everything your not supposed to do to an auto. Grew it in a 4x6 can,fimmed it,did some super cropping, 65 watt grow light, heavy pruning and piss poor nutrient timing. Apparently even a first time grower can't kill it !

Looks like I'm gonna just give up and quit growing. She's a Northern Lights auto that sprouted 1 month ago today and is only 4 inches tall and only on her 3rd set of leaves. I've controlled light,temp,humidity,vpd and ph so apparently I'm just wasting my time and money.
