miss lady here has been through it, we had some ph issues while I was dealing with life, cleaned her up, flipped to flower then about 3 weeks in i moved the timer and didn't realize i screwed up my lights. I realized it last week. well that's since been corrected and I know why my 'fast flower' wasn't being fast. she grew out wonderfully though and this is a few days after pruning her a lot. we finally have early flower development back again as well. im just glad it happened early in flower and not late flower.
Took some of the leaves off today to open up the canopy a bit I'll probably start pulling a handful or two every few days or so as needed to keep the air flow going well through flower. miss ma'am is getting topped up nearly every day now with about 3 lts of nutes.
Went in and gave her another gallon of nutes this evening, also took off a good amount of leaves and tucked her branches more. shes getting taller than id like her to be and I cant really move the light much higher, plus its a 100W spider farmer SF1000 I think so its not like it'll be THAT strong for a large plant. But the humidity has come back down and the leaves weren't wet today so that's a plus. photos are the rootball before I added more fluid and the canopy after leaf removal and more tucking. I might have to do another under canopy chop. we'll see though

This is my first time running a dwc in a tent. normally I run them open air but had the extra tent and decided to throw one in for an in-between harvest then life hit me and she ran way longer than planned in veg. ive got at least one shitty "100w" panel light I can toss in, might have two unless I gave that one to my friend for her non cannabis plants I just need to dig em out of storage.
that works even better lol time to get on it if you do she gona get big.
This gal is killing me, I'm taking a handful of fans from the lowers daily and I've readjusted her again. This weekend I think I am going to toss in some crappy old '100w' panels i have just to give her some more light and im going to clear out the underside again. she got half a gallon nutes to top up today as well.
Miss lady here got a haircut. I took out some lowers and really cleaned things up I also reset the net to lower things. this weekend when I can dig out those light panels ill reset the light as high as I can get it and toss in the others.
Miss ma'am here has FINALLY decided to catch up with the program and show hairs. She also took in 5 lts of nutes this morning, I did not top her up yesterday so she needed extra today. I'm not resetting her flower date but I will mark today for hairs so hopefully she'll be ready in another 6 weeks. its supposed to be a 6week fast flower.
Well today had extra time and I got one of my shitty old lights added in along with managing a few inches of hight on my normal light. Im also convinced ill need to thin out the canopy even more shes just a jungle in there right now. im seeing a tiny bit of rust spotting on some of the older larger fans now, I'm going to keep an on that just incase and I also need to order more food for her unless I choose to finish her on something else but i really dont want to do that
Went in and stripped this gal down again. Also super cropped some of the taller branches. I pulled out and cleaned the airstone and refilled the res. I closed the side vent cause im starting to wonder if I have light leaks cause this bitch just aint flowering like she should be and I can not sustain it getting much bigger.
dwc is a different beast for certain strains that can pull off about a pound of bud if dialed in environment & strick and steady Lst
I just wish I had a bigger tent for her at this point, or that my 2x2 was taller. I hate the idea but I might have to remove some of the lower branches and stretch her out better shes so close to the lights already and she still hasn't start producing buds. so either it's being the worst most stubborn auto or my timer isn't working properly/theres a light leak.

I reset the timer today so thats my starting point fingers crossed thats it.
speaking of timers i need to figure mines out b4 I get too far along
this one's just a pain in the ass that I got because it could run multiple plugs on a timer while also having some that were 24/7. its still better than the damn wifi ones I had for my first photo. good luck with yours

Im starting to think my timer is the cause of my issues here. so I reset it. I also removed even more. shes screaming for more light and I just cant budget in another light right now. if it was the time shes gonna get bigger still. if I see her stretching again/getting even bigger im going to pull thr net up and reset the damn thing, probably chop some of those lowers that leveled out just to reduce the strain on her. fresh nutes are still in shipping hell, they were supposed to show today but the tracking is saying friday now so that's gonna be lovely. thankfully calmag and I think the micro I have left both have N in it and shes still pretty green. if its not one thing its another. guess I might actually invest in a 4x4 set up. I could have some fun with DWC and photos in one of those. do this again but intentionally.
Well appears the timer was at fault here. I reset it yesterday and lights are now timed properly. I decided to be smart about it and take advantage of what will be another stretch period. I supercropped and reset the net.I also reset my dates to make yesterday day 0 of flower. thats mostly for my own benefit since its been 8 weeks since I initially flipped it and its supposed to be a 6week flower cycle. we'll see about that. on the plus side new nutes arrived today so tomorrow ill do a fresh top up on the res.
I gotta give this girl credit she is a lovely plant. Shes bouncing back beautifully after the last round of fuckery. I wont call it training I mangled this plant into submission in hopes she'd come back well. Thankfully I was right to hope she'd come back. Now with the timer fixed properly we should finally see some progress. I also think im just gonna leave that timer as is and just move the light to a different outlet outside of flower. Or buy a new timer. probably buy a new timer
So my apps been not working for a bit but here is an update on miss purple lemonade. WE FINALLY HAVE FLOWERING HAPPENING.
All the bs aside shes finally progressing and im so happy about it

I wish I could've gotten the photos to upload. Im going to get fresh pics tomorrow and try another post. Shes looking so good. She should be in a 3x3 or a 4x4 for the size shes at but we're gonna do our best to finish out with her current set up.

Seems to be working again for this log, it worked on my other one fine after I did this post so I think we're good.
Well I gave her some work the other day. I only just realized I hadn't updated this grow in a bit. I made the executive choice to thin her out and supercrop her down. We were still way too close to the lights and for her size she'd have ended up super airy. So big chop and reset, this Pic is from yesterday and I reset her this past Saturday. She's turning around amazingly well.
Mostly in a holding pattern on this lady. She is doing so well though after the massive amount of stress I put her in last week. She does need her res topped up but ill be doing that tomorrow when I have the time to mix a new batch of nutes. I still wish I had more light for her. When my other 2x2 finally wraps up (hopefully in the next 4 weeks) I think im going to pull the light from that one and add it to her tent. Just straight up run the two 100w panels in the one tent. It would give me room to get a 3rd light and upgrade one if my other tents.... we'll see.
Miss Purple Lemonade here is doing the thing. Even after all the bs and stress shes fianlly wonderfully in early flower. This weekend shes also getting a light upgrade. Ive got a new 150w coming that will go into my shorter 2x2 and I'll pull the 100w thats in that tent now and add to this gals 2x2 (its the taller of my tents so im not worried about the heat/space) so she'll get a nice boost of light soon. Ive got a reversal going on in my short tent that im hoping to cross with this lady. We shall see if it happens.
