Grow Timeline (17 updates)
I'm trying electrocure for the first time here, I have read good things and hopefully I set these antenna correctly.
I talk to my plants while touching them starting to get a feel with the leaves if they are thirsty or not, also looking under the leaves for pests or problems is good too. I've also started playing music to them while the lights are on.
Electrocure is going ok, haven't noticed any really difference in the grow yet. I also topped the larger plant already cause of the limited grow space I have. I hope I can be more aggressive in training the plant this time without killing it. There is a difference in size of the plants so far but they were planted at the same exact time.
Just another quick update. Topping is going ok, I haven't killed the plants yet but I'm still planning to get at least 12-16 good buds on each plant. After this grow it's time to explore breeding news strains. Wish me luck.

I have two plants im working with, hopefully I can make both have 14 huge buds maybe more.
Topping is going well, had a slight issue with the timer on my light. It stayed on the 18hr cycle after I noticed the leaves showing signs of too much light. Got it on a 12hr cycle now and the new growth is looking great.
How do you know if your plant is getting too much light? I have mine on a 18 hour day cycle and haven't seen any growth. Am I maybe giving it too much light?
Discoloration of the leaves that is darker in color, may look like a burn. only reason I know is because I accidentally left my lights on for 3 days straight and my plants had all the symptoms of way too much light.

Looks like for one plant it didnt split like I wanted so I went ahead and chopped off the main branches cause they arent growing anymore. Hopefully I can salvage it but on the bright side the second plant is going as planned.
So I may have mangled the one plant so I'm just gonna try and see if I can still make it work. Second plant is doing fine, I'm gonna do a few more splits woth it then just get ready to lollipop it when ready.
Dont touch those plants again with scissors until harvest. which will be like 8 weeks away.
The plants are still alive and it looks like as long as I don't mess up I will have an ok harvest. I know im some ways off from cutting and drying but im excited for the future. That aside I'm wondering where other growers get their seeds from, I have been using 2 sites I got from a reddit thread ( seedsupreme and fastbuds). Do you guys have any recommendations? I'm hoping to get some different fem seeds and start learning how to grow them.

I've ordered seeds from them and received them in a timely manner. I have not yet started any of the seeds yet but will update when I do
The plan is to try and few places and see who holds up. I can only have 4 plants at a time in my state and sadly I only have enough space to grow 2. Its gonna be slow testing.

I am in the middle of week 11 on these Durban poison autos. They are sativa dominant so maybe 2 or 3 more weeks out. I'm not sure how much amber I'm going to aim for but I know I am far off from what I want. What are some things you have used or tried to stimulate bud growth? I haven't dabbled in this yet but im looking to try on my next grow.
My cars break hose failed and pretty much derailed my whole day 3 days ago. I missed the one feeding that day and today I am finally seeing the side effect of that. Still alive though just waiting for the bounce back. Im not at the level of amber I want my tricomes so I still have some weeks or grow left.
put some fish fertilizer, bone meal or banana tea in it I promise you it will clear that up

go look at my Fruity Pebble OG grown and see how big it was when I topped it the first time. I also did some training on it too. you got 2 weeks before you will be topping anything.

Yeah I know it's way early, the post title was a joke. I will check out your grows tho because this is gonna be the first grow where I aggressively try to train the plant and have it grow into the shape I want with a specific number of buds in mind.
