Well I believe I have made a mistake by not cutting down my humidity on time. I now have the start of a couple white spots. Ive made proper adjustments but NOW I HAVE A QUESTION. Everything I have read says to trim away infected leaves but im thinking my Lil lady is far to young to make any cuts to it. SO ID APPRECIATE A BIT OF ADVICE. SHOULD I LEAVE IT BE OR CUT OFF THEM 2 TOP LEAFS? THANKS IN ADVAMCE. ALSO TODAY IM GOING TO REPLANT TO ITS FINAL HOME WHICH IS WHERE I SHOULD HAVE STARTED IN THE 1ST PLACE WHICH IS ANOTHER PREVIOUS MISTAKE I MADE
Yes I deal with this as of late too but for some odd reason I give them liquid anzomite at this point and they green up and are fine . almost like it sucks extra iron cause of that humidity drop. Idk that stuff is nice lotta good things from it that's one .
I decided to add a little Calmag reduced my humidity and pumping in a little more fresh air. Give in the night and see what I see tomorrow. Hopefully ill get lucky and it will go away for me aswell. Ive got alot to learn still and im kinda learning as I go so I shall see. Thanks for basically telling me theres a chance it might just go away on its own.

Hard to tell but what type of water u using in humidifier? Hard water can leave white film over everything. I use a special humidifier water softener with a filter capsule I change once a month . What was the humidity at ?
I am extremely limited to what I can. Afford for my grow. I will be working on my bio today if I dont end up in the ER. I will explain my situation & speak of myself in general. Who. I am what type of personality I have. Yatta yatta blah blah. to answer your water question I am unfortunately using plain old tap water and I add a conditioner. TBH I dont think the conditioner does anything useful so I stopped using it. Also because it says the water needs to be used within 24hrs of adding the conditioner which doesn't sit right with me. AS much as I would like to buy bottled water I simply cant afford it. Im struggling just to afford drinking water for myself. PH in my water is about 6.1. And humidity was between 70-80 but now that I transferred into a bucket last night and soaked it with nutrient water i have been having a hard time regulating a steady environment all night. Now my humidity goes up to 90. So I turn on my exhaust fan which I dont yet have a humidity controller for the humidity dropped to 45-50% and I need to shoot for at least 60-65%. I also would like to buy a low cost drip irrigation setup. I see on amazon for like 30-50 bucks but again I just. Dont have it right now and no idea when I will be able to afford it. Money is a real problem but iam doing the best I can with what ive got. Here's the list if crap I have right now List: Vivosun nutrients bottles A & B. Bottles of PH up & down. Water conditioner. 1 vivosun fan. 1 ceramic heater connected to a- plug with a sensor temp control. T600 marshydro lighting. 3 in 1 Vivosun Ph, temp, n 1other-feature I cant think of atm. Vivosun small portable humidifier- which is truely a little power house. AC INFINITY S4 EXHAUST FAN. Amazon brand charcoal air filter 1 INSULATED 4INCH VENT HOSE. Cotton string for automatic watering- manually adding water to the top when it gets dry but bottom half of bucket stays moist because of the cotton wicks. I think that about covers it. Im sure I left. Out a few little things that arent important just extras of some stuff. No trellis net yet either but honestly I dont see the need for it when I start LST. I still have lots to learn and im learning and reading as I go. I also really want to get my hands on vivoson Nutrient booster and bloom booster to increase my yield & quality. But again. No money. At 20 bucks a pop for the smaller bottles is what I want but still waiting to be able to do so. Truthfully I could really use help obtaining needed items for my grow but im not the type to beg for hand outs. Stubburn pride and all🤷🏽♂️. Anyway I think that covers it. Sorry if the long response is annoying. For as long as I can remember people have always complained to me about my long texts messages. Bad habit I guess. I just like to be detailed so im not annoyed by ppl later asking for specifics. In my state if health being in pain 24/7 it really has a negative effect on my ability to be patient. I have become someone I truely hate. Im angry all the time and have such a short fuse. Side effect from endless pain going on 3 years of it now. I am honestly like a hermit. I am mostly anti social because face to face I have social anxiety. I struggling to speak right but when im alone and typing its much easier so I tend to often get carried away. Anyway ok. Ill break my fingers now to make me stop typing 😆
I wouldn’t worry about it to much . These plants are extremely resilient & can basil grow fine in any conditions & just make do with what u got . I would research compost teas & Korean farming , they use fermentation nutrients. Both of these styles u can use stuff u already have in fridge . Water & feed plants when lights come on , this can help with humidity levels. When lights off humidity rises . If u water right when lights come on it can reduce the humidity when lights go off . Well this just got annoying. All I wanted to do was add an extra post with a picture to help others and I guess the app isnt set up for that because apparently you can only make 1 post a day. Anything else I try to add gets jumbled together with my original post earlier and now I have lost my original notes to this post because of it. Guess I just found another improvement to request Chris to work on. Chris if you read this please make it possible to post more then once a day making sure its able to be a post that has nothing to do with a person's grow. Just to be able to add a random informational post without messing up my daily grow post updates. If I even made sense to ya lol.
Well..lil frustrated today. I think I stalled/ stunted her growth somehow. I was super gentle & wore spandex throw away gloves during transplant careful not to touch the roots or shake the plant at all. So I dont think I shocked her. I think something else might be going on. I just dont know what it is yet. I adjusted my light again backed it off to 30inches from 26. I struggled yesterday to get the climate the right way after my transplant. The large bucket with so much more water being retained now has made the humidity a pain to get under control but I think I finally got it set this morning. Ill know in the next hr when I check again to see what the readings are, But something is definitely off because the edges of the leaf on the right has more area covered with a lighter tint to it then previouly noticed the day before. Hoping today's adjustment gets it back on track. However I have this gut feeling that even if it recovers the damage has been done & my yield or quality may not turn out as good as I hoped. Usually my gut feelings are on point more often then not. I hope i am wrong & just worried for nothing. I also could not sleep last night from my own health problems either so that could be playing a part in my current concern. Now its a waiting game again to see what happens thru-out the day. But I am positive that over the last 3-4 days that she has not grown even a single centimeter. IN ANYCASE. HAPPY FRIDAY TO EVERYONE. P.s. for my next grow in think ill stick with a 3. Gal bucket instead of a 5 gal. I think 3 will hold the roots just fine and give me a bit more usable space n few extra inches of height to work with
I had the same genetics in two separate sized pots last grow. They were both Bruce Banner autos, one in a 3 gallon and one in a 5. There wasn't a huge difference in harvest size. If I remember correctly, I got about 5 more grams out of the 3 gallon plant.
Yuh shocked her it's pretty much impossible not too I did one perfectly one time an it still was drooped for a day. A lot of times I'll put in corner of room once starts leaning for the light ill put back

Well couple things on my mind today. 1st off I haven't slept again last night. Yippie for that.
So yesterday afternoon I was finally able to lock in my environment. Steady 55% humidity & about 77°F with a 3° flux in temp 75-78°F.. Plenty of fresh air. Spent 30 minutes talking to her last night & smoking a bowl with her😄 but im definitely mad at her right now. Makes me wanna bitch slap her😜. So yea I know I shocked her with the transplant but I feel like she hasn't moved a cm since a day or two b4 the transplant. Yesterday I thought she was perking up a bit after I locked in the weather where it needs to be. Maybe I was seeing things. I was so sure I would see an improvement when the lights came back on today but NOPE. Still no change at all. No idea how long this shock usually lasts but I feel like if she doesnt do something in the next 3-5 days im gonna give up on her & move on because she is being real stubborn now & with my lack of sleep & increased pain as of late due to my the deteriorating health, my patience is running thin now. I dont know what else I can do for her to get her greens in gear. Ive done what I can with what ive got & have no money to buy anything for at least 2 more weeks b4 I have a few bucks to spare. Today will be day 1 for the 3 day count down of me deciding to give up on her if she doesnt show some changes or movement. Technically today is supose to be the last day of the seedling/rooting stage. So she has 3 days to show me she wants to live.
Maybe im being hasty but as I said. My current health condition & lack of sleep can very well be impairing my ability to be rational.
I dont have much to report today. I have not slept again. 3rd night in a row now tossing n turning in agony so today im in an unfortunate "IDGAF" type of mood today. I didnt open my tent. Took the picture right through the plastic window so it might be fuzzy. Shes been making a move though. Ever so slowly them 2 new leaves at the top are creeping in finally. I hope she picks up the pace a bit because this sluggish bit over the last 4 days has been annoying to me. Anyway have a good rest of yoir weekend growers & stoners. Im going to go head slam my pillow now.✌🏼🫡💨
Nothing need be done again. Just filling the humidifier. Shes back to work growing. Them top new leaves are coming in a bit lighter then the rest so making small adjustments with my light & food to see how see reacts. But going slow so I dont stress her out. I think im going to be good now for a while. I brought my light closer by 1inch every 3hrs until I reach my target PPFD mark which i think will be 650-750. Keeping an eye on how she reacts the whole time. 🤷🏽♂️ ive got the time. Can't do anything else lol. So gonna stay stoned do some reading. Watch my Lil lady and take naps to try and avoid my own rottin annoying distracting health pain bs. Sorry i tend to keep mentioning it and i swear its not for seeking sympathy. Its just on my mind & that distracting. In anycase. Relaxing, reading & watching is all I have the ability to do anyway. HAPPY 1ST MONDAY OF THE YEAR WORK DAY for so many people here. I actually got this as a Freebie along with 1 other maui-wowie seed with my 1st order. My 1st pick was actually a simple northern lights auto. Figured that'd be a great beginners seed to learn with being a forgiving plant, or so ive read anyway. Plus ive smoked it in the past & remember I enjoyed it. I dont believe ive ever smoked this one before so it will be a treat if it comes out right. Keep thinking I really need that REMOTE from the "Adam Sandler" movie named "CLICK". Lol. Im so impatient sometimes 😆. I just want it to hurry up.
I feel that, i grew outdoors last season and fell a bit too impatience. That paired with outdoor factors meant an early pull a bad yield. Patience is key 🔑. I am growing autoflowers. I am about 2 months in and have about a month till harvest.
I feel your pain just going through surgery on my rotator cup and now they have to do my back. This us all I can do to for now ill just sit back and enjoy it and learn the in and outs of growing

I would trade with you in a heart beat. If you knew of all I was fighting with youd be running for the hills. At the very least my insides are rotting away. My recent surgeries have been hernia repairs, roid removal which man you dont even wanna go there in thought with that recover pain. And most recent gallbladder removal which im suffering a rare side effect known as "sphincter of oddie" which requires another procedure like an endoscopy. Im suffering from acute starvation and all 90% of the symptoms that come with it. Theres Diverticulitis, I mean dam.. ive got so much more on my plate I wish I could rant but I just dont feel right. I feel like im being well... not tuff by typing to random ppl about it. Im sorry i even said anything in the 1st place but I was just highly distracted at that moment and was weak and let myself mention my bad health more then once. I know I do it. I just try not to do this... the long whiny rant... In anycase. I hope the best for you as well as for myself. Its all I can do because getting nasty with these doctors for procrastinating gets me or anyone else nowwhere fast anyway.
Brother its ok.i just had my gallbladder removed. Got into a very bad car accident. Found out I have ulcerative colitis. Rotator cup and biceps surgery with im recovering from now.i could go down the list.but were still here and smoking and growing is my relax thing to do besides play ps5.lol. sometimes its good to get things off your chest with a stranger don't have to worry about nothing being mentioned you don't want mentioned. Take it easy and if you need to vent hit me up
I appreciate your word & understanding. Its a medical fact that being in constant pain for extended periods of time can absolutely alter the way a persons mind thinks and handles stress and it has certainly changed me into something I hate. I hate feeling this endless anger all the time. I miss what it feels like to be truely happy or have a laugh and truely laugh with joy instead of the fake smiles & laughs i have dulled out of me for the sake of appearances to avoid being questioned by people that pretend to care but dont actually care. These days its not easy to tell what a persons agenda is. If ive learned anything these last 3 years is that you cant trust anyone but yourself. Its a sad truth to life in today's world. Bah. Im getting into rambling again. I gotta get going. Getting some blood drawn today. Hoping it will shed some light on my recent new increased pain & lack of sleep ive been going thru for the last 6 days now. Trying to suck it up and avoid going to the useless ER. ANYWHO. Late post today. Having another bad day. So much so that I haven't really focused on any dam thing today on then laying here & feeling every slow second of it.
BUT ANYWAY. Looks like my lady is doing well. Just a bit short I think. I feel like I should start pinching off some leaf's to expose those nodes that are starting to pop out. I just have a sneaky suspicion that im missing a step or something. Idk. But until I have a solid thought im not bothering her because she looks fine today.
Oh how badly it is that I want to get my hands on that vivosun DWC setup. I wish I had this from day one. It would make things so much easier for me & I dont need to have it hooked up to a monitoring device either. I want to start my second plant in this. Problem is money of course. I dont even know if I currently have enough food to raise my current plant all the way. If only I can think of a way to make about 200 bucks to get this DWC setup and more plant food including nutriboost with seaweed & kelp and bloom booster aswell as another bottle of vivosun A& B nutrients bottles. Not gonna lie ive been stressing about figuring out where im getting the money from. I so badly wish I could get back to work so money wouldn't be such a dam problem for me. Anyway. Thats my current wishlist. The DWC automated bucket & 4 bottles of food. Its all i need to keep me growing for a few months.
Anyway today's report & thoughts
All seems well this morning outside the fact that the roots arent yet reaching the bottom half of the bucket to soak up the nutrients soaking at the bottom from the cotton strings running up into the bottom of the bucket so gotta manually feed her for an unknown amount of time still. Figured this because the water res wasnt being soaked up past making the bottom half of the bucket moist. That tells me the roots haven't reached it yet. The water sat 24hrs to long & the surface water dried like a thin clean membrane of what I dont know but when I tried to stirr the water this white looking stuff was clumping together like a bunch of white flakes in the water. So thats not gonna work until those roots reach and drink that water faster plus I guess I need air stones to keep the water mixing which I dont have. So option 2 being since I have no money is to hang a bottle higher then the plant and put a cotton string in the hanging bottle and the other end of the string resting on top of my substrate so it slowly drips & waters my pot from the top instead of doing manual watering 3x a day as ive been doing in small amounts to soak just the top. Granted I cant over water it. Its impossible with coco coir n perlite mix but I also dont want to waste a single drop as I am limited on food & dont know when I can afford more. So ill set It up that way today to drip from the top. Hopefully that does the job so I dont have to buy a drip irrigation device.
And finally. A question. At this point of growth should I be doing any leaf trimming yet, or LST? Or should I leave her alone til she grows up for another week?? Thanks in advance for any ideas
I am not touching her at all today. Just opened her uo for 3 minutes to fill the humidifier and take a closer up look & some pictures. Its just a Photo Op. Type of day.
Im am still wondering if I should do anything yet. I was able to order nutriboost from vivosun today. Just an 8oz bottle but I have high hopes for its use. I also ordered a small pack of 30 LST 90°plastic thingy's😅. Both will be here Saturday. Yippie. Anyway. No food today nor yesterday she still. Looks damp and Def has weight to the bucket yet.so not light at all so not dry inside either. Not quiet sure what feeding schedule I should go on. Few drips a day. Or a 1/2gal or 1 liter every 3 days. ANY SUGGESTIONS. Do I dare think harvest can ne effected simply by the feeding intervals & amounts. Or is that over thinking it? Hmm. Something my stoner mind will ponder for about.1....2.... whoops. Nevermind thoughts gone 💨 ADHD Blessing in disguise lol. . Weeks almost over for most of ya. Almost..😬🫣😜 Have a good one people's ✌🏼💨
All seems good except for some shading and looks to be new growth being blocked by older larger fan leaf. Think im going to make the cuts tomorrow morning unless people vote no, that I should leave it alone still. Let me know If you want. Otherwise tomorrow I believe ill be snipping of the 4 largest lower fan leaf's.
I would recommend you leave it be. Eventually you will trim off undergrowth Don’t stress them at this age. Less water and higher humidity 65-80% Just remember to give them at least 300 ppm of calcium and magnesium
I also recommend doubling your perlite. Your ph should be 5.8-6.0 with coco coir at this stage Don’t go lower than 5.8. cal mag has hard time uptaking at lower ph.
Much appreciated. I. Tomorrow calmsg out of the equation during yesterday's mix of the newest gal of water I have. VIVOSUN Plant base nutrients Bottles A&B which i added 7ml per gal of each bottle but did not add extra 3ml calmag like last time because the dried uo left behind of the 6 ml mix with added 2.5ml calmag left a thick white residue so I felt I needed to back off on calmag n see how it goes. Tomorrow ill have VIVOSUN nutriboost. Its seaweed n kelp. Not sure about anything else yet. I know I looked im just falling asleep a bit right now and dont remember. So we'll shit. Ive typed enough. App wont seem to let add to todays post so tomorrow I'll post more pics with leaf close ups showing another possible concern.

Cal mag always is added last of your nutrients. before you ph however. Just as long as you are adding it. It doesn’t look deficient. 👍
this is just what works for me. You can go back down if you think it isn’t working. Do some research on plant transportation. Humidity and pressure play a big role in plant growth.

Ok this app just truely pissed me off. Found another bug that needs to be fixed. I just typed an explanation and question for something of high interest to me and it took me some time to type so I can word it properly. I hit the back button so I could get a full view of all that I typed so far. And what does this app do..... It fking erased everything I typed. Just gone and I have no clue how I worded half the stuff I typed. So thanks for that one. It needs to be fixed. Everything written in this app needs to be automatically saved as a draft and ONLY deleted with permission from the user. Weather its a test message reply, reply to a comment on a post. Or in a post itself. You should be able to go back and forth without losing everything you just typed. PLEASE FIX IT. I know these comments are viewed by the creator of this app aswell as whatever tech guys employed to help with this apps programming. So Chris I ask for you to please look Into this very frustrating issue I just stumbled into & learned about the hard way. Thanks.

So I got my Vivosun nutriboost yesterday & those plastic lil training clips for the branches.
Boy oh boy I did not expect that smell when I opened the bottle. Lol. I honestly had no idea what it was supose to look or smell like. That rotten egg smell & black looking liquid had my 1st thought thinking I got beat & got some spoiled nutrients. I know its what it is supose to be though. I had to look it up to make sure. I added some to the last half gal of my current mix im working with. Now to sit back, watch & wait. BUT

There's something i just gotta do because its just bugging me to much now. This undergrowth is getting wild fast. Yesterday the new lower branches had a super fast growth spurt. All 4 new low branches grew alot in a short time. It surprised me actually. Im just being to bothered by the fact that every new branch is being blocked by the large 4 bottom fan leaf's getting in the way & blocking light
It's 7:30pm now & I am backing out & not cutting anything. As bad as it seems to be getting to me im going to just wait & see & manually move the new branches so they go around these annoying useless leaf stems in the way. See what they look like in the morning.
The browning of the stem is nothing to worry about yet. Most likely cause is the light. Think of it like sunblock. If it progressing from stem to petiole and midribs and you get interveinal chlorosis it's most likely magnesium. If you get dark green almost blueish leaves w dead brown spots it'll be phos. Not that you won't have them in there, just that they are locked out and we start banging our head against the wall trying to find out why🤣. But let's not get a head of ourselves. In the mean time, she looks great and happy growing💚💚

So I bought an AC INFINITY S4 Vent fan. And recently it just keeps making a rattling noise that will not stop and its driving me absolutely insane with rage. Little noises like this are an extreme pet peeve of mine. Instantly making me see red. I have saved every box for everything I bought for this grow tent and conveniently thr box for this fan and its paperwork is magically gone. This is just how my luck always works against me in every way possible. I can not afford another fan. Does anyone knkw what I can do to stop this fking close this fan is making before I lose control and take a sledge hammer to it?. I WILL NEVER BUY AC INFINITY TRASH AGAIN
Another day another stretch. Im excited to watch her explode as she's been doing these last few days. Half inch here n there. Every day 1 or more branches make a reach for the stars. No water needed again today. Bucket still plenty heavy meaning bottom half is still plenty wet but I sprinkled just a will food up top like only a. Half cup. Just like a morning rinse of your face to wake you up in the morning. I did that & then bare handed ( which i hope was ok that I did) reached in to untangle the new branches being blocked by fan leafs. Now the stems are all unblocked. I have got to be close now to a much needed trim to get more light to them new branches. I will continue to be as patient as I can. This 1st trim has me anxious because ive never done such a thing before & I really dont want to muck it up when the time comes. Mehh. Anyway off to go wake n bake and then cook my breakfast. Morning stoners. Happy hump day i guess. We'll i have a question which is displayed within today's pictures ive posted. I still strongly feel like i am missing a step. I feel like i should be doing some type of LST. I cant really see what I can do other than trimming stuff off but that feels wrong to do also. I have the plastic trainer clips but dont even see a use for them or for tying off any of the branches. To the bucket to hold them in place. Hmm. Maybe I can tie some of the older branches n move them over slightly to make way for the new lower branches that are getting tangled and bumping into all the large older fan leaves. Its just urking me to no end. Just feel like I should be doing something here but no dam clue what I should be doing. Mehh. Time to wake n bake. Need to settle my mind a bit apparently. Anywho. I took and made sort of like a big landscape staple out of wire and easily bent the plant over.
WARNING: THE MESSAGE YOU ARE ABOUT TO READ WAS CREATED DURING A SMOKE SESSION🤪💨😶🌫️😵💫😁GOODLUCK STRAP IN Yeah I have landscape fabric staples also just cut the legs down to size to reach only 1-1.5 inch into the ground. So i can do that too but I thought your supose to try & keep the plant from resting on your substrate & definitely not resting against the plastic bucket I have mine in. If you haven't noticed, I made the big mistake of not filling my coco coir up higher in the bucket making my access underneath my lady more of a pain in the arse. I don't wanna be putting my hands all over the leaf's & moving her around to much. I simply can't remember where but a video is drilled into my mind Saying "to trim off anything resting against the substrate. If you are unable to move it away from touching other objects." Its just stuck in my head. Thats why im hesitant on your suggestion even though I have seen it done a few times. I just have to much foliage under this girls top. Id be cutting far more than I imagined id be cutting. What im honestly thinking is to cut the 4 to 8 largest fan leafs to make way for what I believe are the new bud carrying branches and leaves that are coming in underneath.The large original fan leaves. But I dont know how many of them I can actually get away with cutting?? The bottom 4 can go. No doubt. Next level up can also go. But the top half of the plant now 3rd, 4th level i think are still to new to cut even though those top level fan leafs are taking most of the light. I need the new stuff to catch up to the top. I dont know if im making any sense to ya.. I cant even follow my own thoughts half the time. I know if I cut off the big 8 on the bottom half it will give lots of room for the new growth to reach out to the sides away from the still blocking light-top 8 medium n small sized fan leafs. Without getting tangled from lower fan leaf stems all thats left in the way is the top 4 newest fan leafs that cant be moved because they will still be needed for photo synthesis to help her growth. Tuck the leaves or defoliate. Dos si dos grows fast imo. Those big water leaves can be pruned to get better light penetration to the bottom branches. You could also top her, bend her to the side with twine or both.
Thankyou Ted. This is exactly what I needed to hear. Someone that has knowledge of this specific plant. Now i feel more confident that trimming won't be a mistake. So thanks for that. I like the thought of topping but with my 1st grow i wanna stick to the simpler stuff. LST and as little trimming as possible for my 1st time round. Once I am more confident in my newbie grow skills ill take it up a notch and try more high stress techniques and experimenting. At least thats how im thinking I should proceed.

Since you can't raise up the plant can you cut the top of the bucket down? Make sure you have tons of drainage holes in the bottom and may be with while to put some in the side too. Next grow look into fabric pots much better aeration than plastic bucket. (Not judging I've grown in them too😂)
Yeah. I definitely have plenty holes around 20 half in holes. And 1 large inch and a quarter hole on the bottom side of the bucket. All for air flow aswell as little mkre then 80%perlite mix. Plus i did not pack down my coco coir substrate so its like a sponge in there. Plenty air of that I am certain. I do habe the tools to cut off the top of the bucket but it would be a disaster of a mess and id have to take the plant into my cold garage to do it and it would take to long being in a 30°F borderline freezing garage. Id also be risking cutting the plant cuz I dont have a 2nd set of hands to hold the plant out of my way while I cut then theres all the plastic shavings that will get all over the the plant and top of the substrate. So I just dont want to take anymore risks. I did the plastic buckets because it was free. I wanted fabric pots in the first place but my horribly lacking money flow wouldn't allow it. Im amazed I was even able to get the stuff I have at this point thanks to that Affirm app that allows you to make small monthly payments if 20 bucks or less when you order up to 200 bucks worth of goods. I did receive new toys yesterday thst im very disappointed about which ill speak on in today's post because I wont be doing pictures today I dont think. Thankyou for your input Glitch. Though I have run those thoughts thru my mind plenty already. Just have to hope for the best. And I dont plan to trim my next grow at all. Only LST. My 3rd grow however. I will be doing topping because my 3rd seed is the one that I truely want to be perfect. Original northern lights. Let's just say ill be surprised if she survives the rest of the day and night. And I dont feel good. I need to go lay back down. Also got a broken tooth hurting really bad today. It needs to cone out but no dentist until Monday😬. Gonna be a bad long weekend. 💩 well fingers crossed that at least my plant survives

I posted late today. Ahwell. Jjst another not so good day. I also really didnt think my lady was gonna make it but she is still perky minus those light tips that appeared but they arent getting worse so ill take it. Also noticed today for the 1st time that she was growing with a lean but straightens up. Thats a weird one because I know I kept her center under the light. No big deal at all jist odd I didnt notice it sooner. Then again I didnt pack my coco coir either. Cuz I wanted to keep it spacious for breathability. How ever the soil settled when it was watered the 1st time is all the packing it got. Just figured that was a good thing I did with that lil move.
Just a bit of humor today to try & lighten my disappointed mood today. Last night 3 more items came for my grow tent and it doesnt look like ill be able to use any of it.
I ordered a auto/timed drip irrigation device.
A trellis net & finally i ordered an aerator. Here was my thought / plan: auto drip irrigation is obvious. I bought a solar powered device to save on electricity. Why plug it in when I have a full spectrum light in the tent to power the device. So that part is all good. Here's where I run into a problem. I bought a single line aerator to keep the nutes constantly mixing so none of the nutes settle at the bottom of the 1 gal. bottle like the seaweed/ kelp nutriboost from vivosun seems to do. It settles so i have to shake it up b4 use. Well an aerator will solve that problem by keeping the water mixing 24/7 (at least the idea works in my head). WELL, That stinking aerator is loud as hell. I only paid 18 bucks for it so I guess I get what I paid for🤷🏽♂️. Idk. DO ALL AERATORS MAKE A LOUD HUMMING NOISE?? If you guys tell me yes then I am in need of advice for how i can keep my nutes mixed at all times SILENTLY & low cost is really important to me as is a silent running grow tent because I cant sleep with noise. I dont care. About being sneaky from other neighbors. The need is purely for silence so I can sleep. My grow tent is 10 foot from my bed. So I could use some advice here. I dont want my drip system sucking up unmixed food so I need ideas please. As for my noisy AC-Infinity exhaust fan im having an issue with. Warranty is good. Im waiting for the company to send me what I need so I can mail the fan in for a replacement. So that issue will be resolved soon at least. But when 1 door closes another opens. 1 problem fixed, a new one pops up.🤷🏽♂️ which is this issue with my auto drip setup plan.
AND FINALLY THE TRELLIS NET. Im not even sure ill be able to use it with this plant. So I wasted money getting this net. Im sure it will be useful with a future grow as all plants Grow in different patterns.

Waves🤔 that would be overkill. Umm. No. Single lil 1-2watt aerator pumps air which will keep the nutes mixing in whatever reservoir or bottle im keeping my water n food supply in. With a large stone sitting at the bottom of whatever im using wont allow anything to settle. Just some bubbles. No waves my friend
Yeah I attempted trying different surfaces BUT. I went back online to search and I actually found a whole line of ultra quiet small aerators 15 bucks or less so I ordered 1 that looks like good quality for 12.99. Bought extra large air stones for n extra 4 bucks. And ill have it tomorrow and that should do the trick. As for the solar idea. Glad it helped. Yea....why have a bigger electrical bill. Spend 150 bucks to get 1 of those portable batteries for camping that you can plug in a few things too. Now during your light cycle your charging that portable battery to run all your devices thru the dark hrs. So in reality the only thing your paying for on your electric bill is your LED grow light. Its a big help to cut costs. Running humidifiers, heaters fans and a main information console that you plug all your stuff into to control wirelessly ir whatever. ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES 😉😁 P.S. I only just thought of these other ideas because of your comment so hey. Thanks. You helped me too😆
That's what's great about this site we're all adults most play well together! so we share are strengths experience and hope ya know . Why not charge a battery it has to be put there some where and u can plug in 110 cords or whatever. Cause I think dehumidifier cost the most to run unless u have to run a heater but I'd think not to many of us have to unless there in a garage

I fully agree with your 1st sentence. As for using a car battery or something that would work too. There's quite a few ways to set up some renewable energy without a tons of wires. Guess it really comes down to what a person can scrounge up or afford..what us guys have laying around collecting dust in the shed or garage or basement.. hope I didnt miss understand what you were saying.

Lol they don't really makes waves. Its basically a submersible fish pump but you don't put a hose on the end so the water just comes out the nozzle. Those real small ones don't have any head height so it's not like a fountain spraying everywhere. It just keeps the water mixed up

So I didnt mess with the plant today. Just filled the humidifier and rotate the bucket a lil and gave her a few drops of her food. Ill. Ill give a bit more of a sprinkle later today. Waiting for that water pump to show up today so I can finally set uo my auto dripper. Ok. Tuff said. Let me go focus in trying to get some relief that probably wont happen, but I gotta try 🤷🏽♂️. Yea buddy. I was surprised. I thought she would be stunted for a full 3 days after my horrible trim job (next time ill do better). But it only took her a day and a half to come back to life. Im also only feeding her half the recommended dose of nutes too which is good to know she doesnt seem to require much. That 1 leaf with the browned edge I th8nk was just maybe my heater was catching the edge with that dry heat. Because no other leaf is showing any signs of problems. No sense in posting new pictures Today tho. She looks the same as yesterday to me. Just about an inch taller. Have a good day bud✌🏼
Yes sir with autos you only need half to at most 3/4 stealth at most woth autos and I FIM TRAINING on my auto and she took about a day and now it's taking off have 5 maybe 6 colas starting and you do the same
Let's see.... What to report today🤔 Well lets see. I finally got the auto dripper working right. Now just gotta make some lil adjustments to make sure its pumping out enough juice. Im so used to just dumping a liter or less into the bucket and would know i gave enough because I see water dripping from the bottom of the bucket but I do not see any dripping while using this watering device. It definitely works. Water level is going down slowly even when I sit there and manually turn the pump on & watch what it does. It Seems I need to let it pump for a full minute before I see the water level in the bucket start to go down. I just hope im Giving enough. Currently I have it set to feed for 50 seconds every 6 hours. 3 spikes going into my plant for watering. 50 seconds may seem long but it really does drip slow. So technically I think ill need to make feed time closer to 2 minutes. And probably like every 12 or 24 hrs intervals. The auto watering option I dont really trust so ill stick with the timer feature. As the sensor I think waits for complete dry which I do not want. I want my coco coir to ALWAYS be slightly moist. So I got some bugs to work out still. My set up is really messy too. Not sure how to go about making my grow area look cleaner or more organized. Yea. Im one of those people that like a clean work space. Habit from construction site work. Clean site is a safe site. Corney I know but facts are facts. Kept me safe on the job for long time. Avoided many close calls. Anyway. She is growing. She is reaching anywhere from 1/2 inch to 3/4inch every day. I know because I keep checking the distance between my plant top & the light & find myself lifting the light almost everyday now, at least every other day. I hope i have enough height in the tent. 63 inch but less because of the vent fan, filter & light all being in the way. Yes. LST to help it grow wide instead of upwards but I didnt do the topping method so no matter what that main stem is gonna get up there. I think I can play with her a bit more later today adding some clips and tying down some more side branches. Really want to get rid of the last couple large fan leaves too but its far to soon to cut her again I assume, plus for the most part she is getting plenty of air flow under her skirt despite looking like she's having a bad hair day from the top. Theres only 2 lower branches struggling to get light but all in all she doesnt look to pretty right now. She is getting hit pretty evenly with air & light so i think all will be fine.
I wanted to start a 2nd plant in the start of February but now its looking less and less likely as I do not believe my grow tent is big enough to hold 2 full grown plants. Yeah its doable im sure but would just be to crowded and hard to manage. I would need a bigger light then my current Marshydro T600 lil 2x2 light. My current lady always points dead center on this light so adding a second without a better light would mean both plants will keep trying to fight over the same space for light. Cant be having that so looks like ill be going 1 plant at a time until a future happens that I can clean out my garage or even better, make a place in my empty attic. But it gets super hot or cold with the changing Seasons so I would need a high quality tent with thermal walls To keep the proper environment in the tent. I dont know how extreme of temps these tents can actually maintain, But my attic would truely be the best place. Smells go outside over people's heads and I can make a massive grow area up there. Well I just got a lot of thoughts floating in my head but its all really just noise in my head right now. Anyway. As usually ive rambled enough. Im feeling super depressed today. Im out of bud to wake n bake. And I know I dont have enough cash to pay my bills & get bud to smoke this week. Hope I find something good on sale at the dispensary and that i can somehow come up with 60 bills to get a lil 8th. Which is a tease for me being since I can smoke an 8th in 2 days easy. And its so hard for me to limit how much I smoke because I like to just sit relax play my game ir watch tv or read all while sitting relaxing and smoking. Like coffee and smokes. Smoking goes hand in hand with literally everything I do and i am not light weight smoker. I need only the strongest buds. Anything less just doesnt get it done for me. Even the potent buds im smoking now are becoming unsatisfying for me. High isnt reaching the point i like or lasting long enough. I need to feel it.
MAYBE YALL CAN HELP ME CHOOSE A GOOD STRAIN FOR ME TO TRY. I experiment trying new stuff at the dispensary all the time seeking that right bud for myself.. in the past. The Real Grand Daddy Purple gave me everything I needed. Quickly calms my anger. A nice be lasting euphoric feeling which is something of big interest to me.
Calming / sleepiness / euphoria / pain relief a plus but not required.
I need a bud that can shut me down when I am raging seeing red, sick of people, sick of the day, need an immediate calm before I lose control & do something stupid. So yeah i need something strong for thise real bad days. Then something good for smoking all day to keep me calm n focused on work A hybrid mix would be good I think. And then a full sativa strain for those days I just want wild energy, clear focused mind, pain relief. BUT I am most interested in suggestions for indica strains that will quickly calm the raging beast within. So im open to suggestions

What surprise, what complications, who is getting in whats way & can I move it to keep them both or will 1 be cut for the survival n 💪 for the rest. Time will tell. SNOW DAY!!!! Oh how i wish I still owned my jeep so I could go have some desperately needed fun. But all i can do is watch. Cant even go make money playing around in a skid steer. So I took out my trellis net. Honestly I think it just gets in my way and makes for a bad picture also. Its not spread out right for me to make proper use of it anyway so its gone until I feel it could help me.
QUESTION OF THE MORNING:
Does anyone think that by these pictures alone, that my plant may be switching or has switched into flower mode? I thought I'd see sticky hairs everywhere else before I started seeing white strings coming where the leafs usually came from & these new overnight spikes coming out of the main stem also has be very curious. I have not given the A.i. Plant Doctor a try for a while now. Maybe ill give that a go, but curious to what others have to say ir guess.
I have to try and shovel snow. This is gonna be really bad I already know it. Im in pain still with no gut relief. Stabbing gut pains and chest pains near my heart because of gas related pressures. It looks like the plant is close to showing you their 🚻. Also if this is a photoperiod, you need to switch the lighting to 12/12 to trigger flower. Why take the trellis down?
Hey bud. The answer to your first question, it is literally in the first few sentences of this post. Next. I am using an Auto seed not a photoperiod seed or whatever they are called. Auto seeds can stay on a 20 to 4 OR 18 TO 6 light routine throughout their entire lives. So no sir, I do not need 12 /12 lighting for this one. If you have been unaware of this fact,... now you can consider yourself schooled😉👨🎓🙃. I say this with a smile. Not to be rude so hopefully you don't take my response in the wrong way.

Well im calling it. Im feeling pretty strongly that my lady has made the switch into flowering mode. Her growth is exploding upwards again, she is developing a smell now along with these white strands of hair popping out everywhere. The drooping im starting to see which tela me she needs more food so today I have also increased her nutrients uptake and plan to get her another trim today as you can see her lower branches are a mess sitting on top of each other. If I trim right this time and it looks how I have it pictured in my head, ill be able to put the trellis net back in.
I like to see how she develops, I have 2 seeds of dos si dos from Herbie's seeds and will be in my next grow.

MORNING GROWERS. So Ive made more lil adjustments. Moved some stems around. Added some more clips which is probably pointless being since less then 2 hours later those stems i put clips on were already pointing straight up to the light again. I laughed. I did not expect the plant to adjust that fast but it certainly did..
Anyway. Im seeing far to much color changing going on. To many of the leafs are turning light. Only the tips should be getting lightly tipped but the leafs should start a dark green which they are not so I am positive I need to quickly increase my nutes dosing which I have done last night and gave her, her 1st drink with more food mixed in. Hopefully that helps her out of her apparent struggle.
Buds are growing everywhere now. Now its just a matter of getting her food dose right and just sitting back and watching her grow..
WELL ITS OFFICIAL. TRIMMING IS NOT IN MY BAG-O-SKILLZ. I can run an excavator or an 8 story sheet rock boom truck, I can basically operate all construction equipment. Even skilled at all having equipment and all types of home repair, auto skills, truely a jack of all trades because my list still goes on YET I CANT TRIM A DAM CANNIBUS PLANT😬😵💫😵😜🤪🤯.

I took some real crappy pictures today sorry guys. Im lazy as hell. Aso really out of it stoned numb today. Think I went thru an 8th of indica called "Ghost Milk" that doesnt feel like its doing much but will put me to sleep for hours if I lay down. Otherwise keeps me fairly calm n spaced or in a zone if im focused on a game
Really sorry being M.I.A. Im just not well, not in the right head space. Sleeping 3/4 of the day n night. Down to 120lbs body weight. Thyroid problem causing pain on top of being sick from my gut not working right. Im just struggling with finding the will to do much of anything. It feels so pointless. 3 years suffering unable to work now. And these last couple months been getting worse fast and now the last 2 weeks have been an absolute battle for survival. The battle is getting my body to process, absorb and pass foods and gases and my body isnt doing any if it the right dsm way and 3 years and doctors are still screwing me around. If it wasnt for 1 dear friend supporting me and paying my main bills for survival. I woukd no joke be homeless & dead years ago when this first started and I couldn't work and doctors refused to help me get disability for what they claim is just a tummy ache. I dont have the brains ,vocabulary or money to fight against any of these curupt doctors. SORRY. As I said. I am nkt doing well both physically and mentally. I am weak in lots of pain with joint and muscle pains and gas that will not move properly thru my gut causing all sorts of pain as it sits within me for extended periods of time before finally coming out 24hrs or more after it started its journey in my gut. Bah!!!! Its a total nightmare bringing me closer and closer to truely coming unhinged. So with my state of mind I think ill stick with just pictures for a while until I feel better. IF I EVER FEEL BETTER. After all my mkst recent visit with an advanced GI tossed around words like pancreatic and thyroid cancer to me. Which is just what every patient wants to hear. Now awaiting a medley of tests that will make me even more sick to complete woohoo. I hate life. Just wanna close my eyes sometimes and not open them again. Have a good dream and just go off on that painlessly instead kf all this suffering and lack of ability to work or have a life. Grown ass man and I am trapped in my own body living with mommy dearest. Embarrnightmsre for a grown man and I was doing fine 4 years ago putting away money and all that stuff. Bah. Im done. Im out. Have a good weekend everyone. Truely sorry anyone had to read this. Yea I dont know anyone with thyroid issues. This is all new to me. Didnt know my body could hurt the way its been hurting. Just kills me not knowing whats causing it. Dont know if its my pancreas, liver or gut. I do know I started with weight loss, gut pain and bowel moving problems. 3.5 years ago thyroid issues started only 1.5 years ago. Just now its so bad that im only able to be awake out of bed long enough to eat, try to go to the bathroom amd tend to my plant. Look at some news and crap on my phone and then im passed out again from being so weak n exhausted from doing nothing but fighting pain. Im so tired of waiting for doctors to figure it out. Im tired of not being able to be a man and support myself. Tired asking for help. And. Yeah anyway. Again sorry to everyone else that might be bothered by my rant. I thought about deleting it cuz it is a bit embarrassing but at the same time. Screw it. All men break from time to time. Dont care how tuff anyine thinks they are. We all break now and just cracked and vented more than usual. Thanks for understanding tho appreciate the comment. Still. I plan to try and refrain from now on and just stick to posting pictures. No updates today. Plant is stunted right now from trimming a few more leafs off that were bugging me.
Another concern is that to many leafs are getting lighter shades of color. She is stressed from something. So ive backed off on watering. Ive been watering about half liter every morning. Not really to much at all. Never allowing my coco coir to get fully dry. Maybe im not letting it dry enough so skipping watering today, maybe tomorrow too. Then ill give some more water after im certain she is dry. And see if that makes a difference. But these leafs that are losing their color is just bugging me now. Ive always had a few light colored leafs. But just 1 to many now.. they arent drooping yet. Some are a very little but most is plenty perky. All the leafs feel thin & light. So my over watering theory might be wrong. Gotta wait to see how she reacts without water for a day or 2. Any other theories. Let me know
Light colored leafs are really bothering me now. I need to get this fixed and under control. I dont understand why its happening now. Like she isnt getting enough. Maybe instead of less water. I give her more water instead

THANKS SIX. Im about to redo my entire feeding doses. If I dont have what I need here in these nutes bottls I currently have then this plant is gonna die because I have not a single penny for the next 2 weeks so if what I have here isnt enough then this plant is done for. I was told that I have everything I need and now. Im not so sure. So I guess ill see in the next few days. This might be the last week for this plant.
Well man. Here we are 1-2 hrs l8ter & I believe I figured out the problem and it has absolutely nothing to do with anything I have done wrong. Its just something I missed because I couldn't see it. If you remember my setup, I have that Auto drip feeder. My reservoir is just a small open top bucket.(Ill be posting pictures to update my findings after I cook breakfast). With a tiny water pump wit a short 3 inch long tube connected to it. WELL I got another small open top bucket to make a completely new food mix. When I went to switch the water pump & the filter fitted water inlet line, I SEEN THE WHOLE THING JUST COVERED IN CLUMPED UP KELP , THAT DIDNT GO THRU THE FILTER. God only knows how much more nuts have been caught stuck in the gook. What this means for me is that I have 2 options. #1 go back to manual watering either everyday or 3 days (which is late in the game to be figuring what works best) OR #2. I take the filter off the inlet line and hope the pump doesnt get clogged up or the spikes in the soil that eject the food dont clog & change the direction & water flow speed to better keep the nutes mixed so they dont clump anymore. Phew felt like that took for ever to tyoe and I gotta do it again in today's post. Lol. I jjst didnt think to get picks of the clumping nutes in the bucket I had gloves on and just didnt. Cross my mind cuz I was cleaning🤷🏽♂️ ah well
So it just hit me before I started this post. Im looking at videos and pictures of other people's plant. I plant that stuck out to me. The start of flowering for this one's guy's plant and seeing the height of that plant vs how short my plant has been. Even the description of my plant from the site I purchased the seed says it will be easily double the height of what it is now. Im in my 3rd week of flowering. She is just to short. This I now realize.
I have also figured out why my plant has been dying this last week with drooping and so many light colored leafs. Turns out my auto dripper device was not taking all the nutes to the plants. Apparently the filter connect to the line that sucks the water from my bucket has a filter on it that has been stopping the Kelp from getting thru. There's clumps of gunk all over the water pump im using to keep the nutes mixed. SO THE SOLUTION IS. Going back to manually watering my plant again or use my auto dripper without the filter and hope the device doesnt get all clogged up. SO I watered the hell out of her yesterday with nutes. She is not drooping as much and a leaf im focused on at the top of the plant is not getting any lighter BUT. Im not seeing color come back to any of the leafs yet so I feel my plant is still at a critical point. MY last idea to fully be assured im back on the right track is to risk waiting for my soil to be fully dry and mix a new gallon of food and give it only the amount as if it just started flowering and work my way up introducing more food bit by bit until im on point again. But I do now know without a doubt my harvest is going g to be a joke for my very 1st plant.. I wont make the same mistakes on my next grow thats for sure. But I really hope this plant will still provide alot. But ill be lucky to get a full ounce outta this i think. Anyway thats enough from me today back to bed I go.
Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Just life things. And alot of deep thinking time. Anyway plant is stressed but she is ok. Its clear to me now that she is aboit 5 inches to small at this point. My harvest will be small but its ok. I know what happened so my next grow will be perfect. Im confident of that one. But as for this dos si dos. I messed her up 1 to many times. So. Those buds wont be getting much bigger im sure but SHE WILL SURVIVE. Thats the good news. Im not totally sure but I think I will be harvesting maybe in another week or two. Again not sure. But im watching those crystals closely

I know the 1st mistake I made was not just starting off in a full sized 5 gal bucket/fabric. My case a bucket. I also dont have a drip irrigation setup that I own yet but cash has been a problem. Anyway I do have self watering wicks and holes at the bottom of the bucket which will have to do for now hopefully.
