Finally getting some color back. Ill have to wing it for a minute because I have no PH pen 🙃 😅. Letting the reservoir ride till I get a new one. No roots poking out under reflective film. Once I see root I'll top and start training as much as this plant will take. Long node spacing on this plant so Im hoping stronger light intensity will help tighten it up. Till the next post ✌🏿
The winner pheno! Started training these two and defoliated the old leaves. I have not topped either one and I dont know why. I might do it later if bottoms dont grow fast enough for my liking. Roots are starting to grow through the fabric and that usually means start the count down for TAKEOFF. Did a res change and up the light intensity to 50% to try and get some warmth for these girls. Looking good so far
I think we all wish our plants grew faster. This one is taking its sweet time i guess. Hopefully not too much longer. Adding another strain to the mix if I root it. Fingers crossed 🤞🏿

2 months is excessive. Definitely doing sea of green next go round. Ph dropped to 4.5? I suspect it's the old ph down i had on had when I ran out of the GH ph down. Looking to switch to a more reliable acid (preferably food grade), if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Ive heard of sulfuric acid being used but I'm kinda iffy on using it in my grow.

U can use vitamin c powder & that will also help get chlorine out of your water if u not filtered

Yes u can use it for hydro . Been a long time since I grew in hydro . That how we use to lower the PH it safer then vinegar & it also cleans the water supply of chlorine. U can always do little research
If u growing in hydro are u using any hydro specific nutrients? Usually after u mix all the nutes the ph is usually at 5.9
Im using maxi grow and maxi bloom. I dont give a dollar unless I see "hydroponic application" on the back. Im also guilty as charged for not following the instructions on the back. I assumed since this is a different plant, it ate differently so I go off EC. Am I doing something wrong?
Join the dark side, it's so much better over here. Just go fully organic living soil, brother. You know the same, once you go organic, you'll never go back. It is so much more easier, so much cheaper and your results are so much better and so much faster. I mean, I topped my auto and it kept growing like it didn't even get touched. I have never had any problems with any grow you keep the ppm and EC In the i deal range for each stage of growth.And I don't care what strand or breed, it is, they're gonna grow perfectly fine and\nGet the same results

I am not going to lie I used to be like that on hydro until one yr we where having really bad storms kept resetting and burning out pumps and we just popped 50/75 seeds and said fuck it run it and never turned back stock last for up to 4 grows 5 5 gallon pots

If you have high calcium in your water it may be best to just use vinegar
Nevermind I wouldn’t use vinegar with this setup.
Before you use vitamin c you should research it, it is not recommended for several reasons.
It neutralizes the chlorine & chloramine in the water & is also used a biostimulant . I don’t use it , I have filtered water . A lot of people use it

We're in flower now! Seeing bud sites form. Had to use a brick to hold down the trellis for the left plant. It did not want to stay down 😂 stems are still bendable and I will continue to train till they stiffen up. That is all

The third Pic is a pheno of dantes inferno i grew alongside the current keeper. Had to throw her out because she was super seeded, otherwise would have won a keeper spot
Took these in the dark because it was lights out time for the girls. Water level was low and EC was pushing 2.2 in the old res water probably from water evaporation. With the heat wave, I use a small computer fan at the top of the tote to keep the water temps down instead of a chiller. Works great.
I stressed the fuck outta the left plant. Definitely didn't get enough recovery time from the "half assed" lollipopping I gave it the week of flower. Lost track of a lot during this last month but I'm still at it. Buds on the left are waay smaller. User error 🫣 ill do better next time

Dantes inferno by Tiki Madman and clearwater genetics collab. This strain has phenos that finish as fast as 45 days. I went about 53 days and want to see if I can get her to go longer. Do you disagree with the picture?
I am not disagreeing I am new to growing I didn’t realize finishing that quickly was a thing is all I’ve always heard and read about 8-10 weeks being fairly standard some longer is all..
No shade i was just genuinely curious. You can always learn something new in this hobby 😅 8 to 12 weeks is the general rule of thumb. Each plant is different so it varies. I have a blueberry muffin pack from Humbolt seed co. thats supposed to be sativa leaning that has a flowering time of 45 day also.
Wow that’s intense l! How is the yield? Small or pretty large? Quality’s still top tier I assume? Idk I heard all these great things about autos so I bought some Bruce banner autoflower seeds for my first grow it was a disaster partly my inexperienced attempts at doing what I read about without proper execution leading to nutrient lockout then a early and small harvest cause I believed the seed company’s app on readyness timing as I thought since it was auto it mattered number of days old not anything else then to add insult to injury I overdried and ended up with 7g of hay lol I bought one of those all in one kits that said everything you need to have a solid harvest and it came with a brick of coco a one gal fabric pot a unlabeled nutrients package to mix in with coco right away and the seeds and so mistake right away was I thought that little pack of nutes got added little bits at a time not all at once (bad instructions and poor knowledge) factor in temu light claiming to be 1000w (reality 150)the support team on the discord server were less than helpful too anyhow since then I had sworn only photos from then out which brought me into this grow where I really learned a lot met some cool folks like you and others on here, bought proper lighting a carbon filter ppm meter ph meter nutrients all the things I should have had but didn’t or couldn’t have known I needed anyhow so this run is way more solid everything went 1000x better thru harvest so far still have half a plant to harvest in a couple days as the lowers weren’t ready so I only took tops from Pineapple Express plant and even the first 24 post harvest is better rh is being met temp is a little high but not awful and buds are slow drying not rapid decaying in the desert dry air and heat lol. May try autos if I get a freebie pack of auto seeds with my next order of photos but definitely would invest in the cronk nutrients Bonnie and Clyde line made for autos. Otherwise i am staying classic photos I know the name of and have tried before i like the forgiving nature of photos plus the trainablility of the plants I have been told never to attempt with autos. Sorry long winded explanation
