Grow Timeline (8 updates)

She's really starting to take off now that she's getting a nice nutrition upgrade. I slowly started with CalMag 1-0-0 (.5ml per Ltr.). 2 Days ago I started spraying the Nutrient Base A&B I got from Vivosun. I'm happy to see I'm getting results already. Now I just need to keep in mind to not over water out of excitement. haha I'll just wait until the medium gets near completely dry before her next feeding. See how she reacts, if at all.
ok, being this was my first plant/grow, I have painfully resisted the urge to harvest a week ago when I first started seeing a few brown-ish Trichomes. I see why new growers make mistakes with the flood of tips and tricks and "individual personal experiences". I would really appreciate any veteran growers out there to let me know what they think of my grow(good+bad) I'm about to start trimming so follow for more post-harvest... Posts..
if youβre worried about the harshness from nutes then Iβd recommend doing a 2 week flush next time the leaves should be yellow by the time itβs ready to harvest. I use florakleen clearing solution. I also recommend dropping the temps below 55 or giving it an ice bath the last week so itβll trigger a reaction leading to the increased production and accumulation of anthocyanin pigments in their tissues (the purple you see on plants). plus shocking the plant will increase tricome development as the plant is trying to protect itself from the environment. Then finally Iβll throw it in complete darkness for 2-3days so they know there life cycle is over and can push any resin production it has to offer before chopping.
well shoot. you just opened a whole new world of possibilities for me. Is it possible for you to send me some literature on everything you just mentioned? I'd really like to try and learn all I can. Hopefully to make a career doing this someday
I'm currently on my first grow as well and I hope my plant looks as good as yours!!
it would be a dream job for me unfortunately the pay isnβt the greatest for beginners Iβm sure
I'm not the guy you asked, I'm pretty new, back after 30 years, I've never grown Autoflowers before last year... this book helped me immensely. Its like the ultimate textbook for cannabis. https://a.co/d/5odQKLW The Cannabis Encyclopedia by Gorge Cervantes. He is the original writer of the original book!
make sure u do a nice slow dry , hang the entire plant & make sure u have a dark room that can get to 60 -68 degrees & 60-65 % humidity & have a fan on floor pointing at the wal & not at plant . if it dries to quick u wont get that hay smell out . Drying & curing most crucial step so u dont mess up all that time u spent growing.
Thanks a lot man! I love reading new material on growing cannabis. I'm just not interested in doing anything else these days. I really wish I could find a job somewhere to learn from and maybe make a career out of it. idk.. wishful thinking π€ haha
I dont mind the low pay. I'm a Veteran and service connected. I just want the experience and the knowledge.
I know the feeling. my wife says that I am obsessed. I really have no interest in anything other than making money to buy more stuff to grow... π€£
